The check in person was a little different and the medical assistant gave me the feeling there was a problem when there was not.

I feel, I was treated with respect and given care.

I got a new prescription from Dr. Shah, but it wasn't explained if I should stop the former prescription.

Too much time between my electrocardiogram any my appointment with Dr. I sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours. This was totally unacceptable.

Everything was good just prepped me on what the main appointment was for before arriving and also that nurse I had was really sharp

Not send kid in to take the place of who I made the appointment with. No way to get in touch with anyone if I have problem

Parking is a nightmare.

Uh, when making my appointment, I didn't realize how important it was to get an appointment as soon as possible. So I just asked for like the first Friday. So I'm not sure if there was any other times that are open, but I have called back since then and asked me to put on a list in case anybody cancels. Because I have been having like the chest pains and the pains in my arm. So, and I don't, I've got a new grandbaby coming in, so I needed to be here. So anyway, thank you. Bye bye.

The doctor said he was going to schedule a procedure this week, and nothing has happened on that, and I have repeatedly called to find out what, if any progress is being made, and I have been told nothing. They ignore my, well, they, I've called, I've left messages on the portal, And I'm getting no response, just silence. And so I have no idea what's going on. And I really, really wish they would have let me know. And I'm, you know, very angry.

There was no problem during my appointment. The nurse was able to have each care done before seeing my provider. My provider let me know what I need to continue thinking, for care, before my next appointment.
