The person who I spoke with when I was trying to make my appointment told me that I was no longer able to be seen at that, at the practice because the doctors don't perform the exam that I needed, which I've been going there for 18 years and I was surprised to hear that I was no longer going to be able to go there. She told me I had to go to a whole nother practice, a Lexington Obesity Clinic, and that she didn't know if there was a transfer of care and that I would just have to call them myself and figure out their process as far as becoming a new patient. And I was luckily I had enough sense
