Make it easier to get an appt. Called multiple times and unable to speak to someone directly. Had to leave name and number for a call back. Not always near a calendar when office calls back to schedule

Everyone was very courteous and professional. The facility was very clean. I felt very comfortable while there. I am thankful for my cardiologist's referral there. I look forward to having my procedure done and to feeling better.

All was fine and Dr Black answered my questions and explained his rationale for doing what he prescribed. I appreciated the time he spent with me. I would like a more user friendly comment on the EKG they did as the medical language and the comment from the Dr are not clear to me. Was the EKG better or worse or the same/not a concern?

List the building letter ie, a b c. Etc on the appointment confirmation text. Building 200 doesn't help you find the right building at patewood campus. Thanks

Prism is my only choice I wouldn't take or suggest going to Bon secure or anyone else glad to see more Prism providers in Columbia and different areas of Sc keep up the good work Prism

Very good job! I wish I would have had the pamphlet before I got to the appointment. I had questions after reading it and will now have to ask them at a later date.

This was my 1st visit at this facility and meeting Dr. Black. My expectations were exceeded.

Outstanding job by everyone. From the receptionist who was very friendly to Dr. Black who was very very attentive caring kind thorough. I would recommend Dr. Black and his staff to everyone.

Only thing it is, everything was good except my medicine. I don't have my high blood pressure medicine here and they, we should have sent it to Walgreens here in Greenville, but it's going to take three or four days before I can get it now because the Senate, Senate to... can't think of the name of the company. Anyway, send it to the wrong place. Thank you. Bye-bye.
