    I don't think there was any way that you could improve. You did a great job. The provider was so friendly and caring and willing to help and I am so glad that I got an appointment there. She did an amazing job.

    None. Dr Dimattia is first class. She's knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. I know this because she spends s as much time as needed to address any questions and concerns. You don't find that much anymore. She is a perfect example of what a doctor should be.

    I really enjoy the facility, the courtesy with the receptionist, the doctor, even though I thought she just came out of high school, but she was still very knowledgeable, very respectful, and very polite.

    Provide railing at the sidewalk as it is difficult to use with a cane or walker.

    There is a lot of unknown with my diagnosis but I was blindsided when I got home and the next day looked at my chart and I have an appointment every single day of the week for almost 2 months. There was no mention of that. I thought I was getting a PICC line. That's a lot to digest.

    You don't need to change a thing. Everyone is professionals there & treat everyone with respect. My doctor takes her time & explains everything to me. I wish there were more ppl in the medical profession like this team.
