Everything was just fine

I am very pleased with my care but the wait time to see the doctor was unacceptable. My appointment was at 9:30. I left my house at 8:35 got there early and sat until I was called back to sit in a room. The nurse took vitals and then I waited until almost 11:00 to see the doctor. My procedure took approximately 30-30 minutes. I didn't get home until almost 11:30. For a 9:30 appointment that is too long. I don't mind waiting some time but this was way too long. When I scheduled my next appointment, the 9:30 was taken and she said that is the first appointment. I had to wait two more weeks to get a 9:30 appointment ad I didn't want to sit for hours.

My husband attended the Parkinson's clinic this past week and we were so thankful to be part of this wonderful program. Everyone was so friendly and kind and we were given lots of information and resources that will help us in this journey. Dr. Revilla was wonderful and is treating and working with my husband to help improve his quality of life.

Very happy with my care there,great doctor and staff can't see where things could be better.

I have no complaints. I always receive great care.

Dr. Revilla listened to our concerns and made us feel comfortable and at ease during our visit. He took the time to answer all our questions and concerns and prescribed some new medications to hopefully help with my diagnosis and to also attend a clinic to gain more information. My family and I left feeling so thankful for meeting Dr. Revilla and his support.

Yes, I'd like to ask for a quicker appointment. That'd be it. Other than that, I'm very satisfied.

When he figured out what was wrong and a way to treat it with the Botox, with the twitching, the first appointment I could get was four months later. So I would love it if the response time could have been a little sooner than four months.

When we left last Feb. the staff could not make the an appointment for the 6 month return visit. They said they would call us with the date. In July I contacted them and was able to get the appointment we needed.

Everything was fine

The time, every time I go there, it's a long appointment and it's always a long wait. I will appreciate if the time would be less. I know he's always busy and there's always a lot of people there, but still, when there's an appointment and there's a time, they should be able to do that time. It's always a wait of 45 minutes to an hour before you can even see the doctor. Thanks.

I trust my doctor. He explains everything. He had a student yesterday and explained to her in detail what, where and why it was done.

Dr Revilla & staff are amazing. They are thorough, show compassion, the best team.

Keep on schedule. (I know it is hard with medical students involved and I do value their participation and ability to learn but the wait was long). Dr. Revilla is always pleasant and attentive and I enjoy seeing him teach his students with subtle exchanges and demonstrations.

Both doctors spent a more than expected amount of time with me. They are excellent physicians and I look forward to seeing them again.

Dr. Revilla is a very intelligent doctor. He is up to date on the latest medical treatments for his patients. I can think of only one thing that could be improved on and that is the wait time to actually see the doctor.

Today was the best experience ever. I have no issues with anyone. This was the first time in the many years that I have been treated there, I didn't have to wait and was home in an hour. I would be the first one at 9 or 9:30 and sat and sat and never saw the doctor for at least 1.5 hours to 2 hours and always got home around 11:30. I appreciated the on-time appointment yesterday .
