My visit was great

Can't think of anything, it was a great visit.

I think everything is perfect, the attention and professionalism with which they treat the patients is great. I personally thank them very much, and may God continue to bless them for their great work helping those who need their services.

I have been trying to get help with anxiety. I get told that I was contacted several times. veiw both my chart and missed calls. I was contacted once in March and did not know that was for my problem. It was very confusing. Very over worded. No calls still no calls I even turned off my call screen. This is adding to my anxiety. So are the consent. Request for feed back before I even step in to a office.

I had to wait a little longer than usual (20 minutes or so) but no biggie. Dr. Papik is a real gem! Cares so much for his patients!

I came to this appointment as a follow from having PE in both lungs. The appointment was made for me, I did not seek out this facility or doctor. I came, though, anticipating some good feedback and information about what I should look for in the future. I did not get a good first impression when Dr. Papik asked me, "What can I do for you today? Why are you here?" That left me to explain why I was even there. Not a good feeling for a new patient. He doesn't make eye contact, instead looking over my head at the wall behind me. Again, not a good impression of being seen and heard by a doctor. He did answer my questions, but I felt like I had to lead the conversation instead of him asking me. In my opinion, this was a pointless appointment, and merely checked the box for insurance purposes.

Nothing. Every aspect of my visit was Superb. Every single employee I encountered were polite and friendly. Dr. Papik was amazing.

Dr. Papik forgot to go over the results of my CT scan and I forgot to ask, but I'd already seen it on my computer. I did wonder about the little nodule in my left lung. We talked a lot about my present condition and he was very helpful getting me to understand what to do to improve my breathing. They also fixed my nebulizer because I'd burned the hose in two with a curling iron.
