I couldn't ask for better care they respectfully took care of me all my questions was answered

No suggestions, I was pleased with the experience.

I wish they had gone over the EKG that was done, since it was abnormal. It might not be anything serious, but I'm not a doctor so I don't know. Would have been easier for him to go over it and let me know what it means. I'd have been willing to wait a few minutes while he went over it. Now I need to contact him and see what he says.

From check in to check out everyone could not have treated me any better. When they were with me I was treated as though I was the most important patient and all about me and my care just as it should be

Please continue to provide excellent care to your patients and listen to their concerns and questions.

My visit was perfect

Nothing. This was our first visit with Dr. Gilliam. We really like him and are happy to now be seeing him. We look forward to being a continued patient of Dr. Gilliam.

The check-out staff was distracted and very direct. She actually printed an inaccurate appointment reminder for me. I did not notice until after leaving the building. Hopefully, she was just having a bad day.

Dr Gilliam is the first permeant heart Dr I have had in a long time. He tells you what you need to do to help your self. To fat, smoke, exercise, and taking your medications regular.

There was a young doctor working with Dr. Gilliam. They were both very respectful and easy to talk with. I really like the doctors and nurses I have met. They are great. The receptionists are really sweet and polite. I really like going there.

I think that all personnel I encountered had my interests in mind. Initial interview, thru the triage nurses, thru to the checkout was quite pleasant and uneventful.

You cannot fix something that's not broken. I have seen a lot of doctors office and staff in my years. The staff here are very professional and know their jobs. I mean till you show up till you leave there is no deficiency. They are the best........ Thanks for all they do..
