Francesco Laterza, MD

Francesco Laterza, MD, is a hospitalist who moved to Greenville from Philadelphia after his husband matched for his medical residency in Greer. Dr. Laterza grew up in New Jersey and finished his medical school studies at Ross University. He completed his internal medicine residency at Einstein Medical Center. There, he spent an extra year as a chief resident to continue working with and teaching residents, given his interest in medical education. He also has a special interest and expertise in caring for the LGBTQ+ population, as well as other medically underserved populations.
