The Doctor seemed like he was in a hurry and really didn't take time to explain to me this whole process. I had to ask questions I feel should have been bought up. The doctor did not wash his hands. I didn't get a good vibe from this doctor regarding my care.

They could have told that nurse to not come back in there because I was allergic to that perfume that she was wearing. I don't know her name, but every time she leaves the room, I start coughing.

There was nothing that Dr. Navarro's office could have done to make my visit any better than it was. He and his staff are exemplary in what they do. Having a military background, I am used to dealing with all different types of personalities and everyone there is just so nice and personable and And Dr. Navarro has a wonderful, wonderful bedside manner. And I just, I wish he could have been my primary doctor, to be honest with you. But I really enjoyed the service in his office. He made me feel extremely comfortable with the surgery that I had. And even after my surgery, you know, he opened up, you know, to take any questions that I had. The information was just forthcoming and free-flowing, so there were no worries.
