This was an initial visit with a new physician in a medical office in which I routinely receive care from other physicians. I was very impressed with the completeness of the information given and the doctors inclusion of me in the decisions about further care. I also appreciated that I was not rushed in and out but the visit was very complete in the information taken and given by the MD himself.

None, I was treated great

Dr Nassif and staff are amazing. This has nothing to do with this office but whomever is responsible for website communication for increment weather communication. The one thing that needs improvement is the communication on the website. The information wasn't clear. It stated no one would be in offices until 12 noon and visits could be changed to video visits and you could call the office after 12 noon. There was nothing saying if at 12 the offices would see patients in person for appointments that were scheduled that afternoon or if there would only be video visits after 12 noon. I had extensive chat session. They were telling me to call at 12 noon to find out. I explained that I needed to know before 12 noon because I had to drive over an hour . This was for Lung specialist which needs to be in person visit and it takes too long to get another appointment so I didn't want to cancel my appointment if they were working. This was extremely nerve racking trying to determine how I should proceed yesterday. Eventually the person whom I was chatting with said they would see patients after 12 noon in the office. This should be communicated clearly on the website. Please be sure this is communicated the the correct person. Thank you for your consideration in this issue.

I cannot think of a thing! I was treated well and I have confidence in my treatment providers!

Even though this was my first visit to see Dr. NASSIF I was completely at ease from the moment I checked in until I got back on the elevator to go home. I'm thinking...trying to come up with suggestions, but I didn't feel anything at all was missing.

I had a good experience with Dr Nassif & his staff. They were very helpful.

By letting anybody scheduled for that building know ahead of time about the new partially-functioning gate on the lot.

Hate the new parking rules I'm - I'm to take a ticket and get the registration to validate it and keep track of it then when I went to leave it didn't work and security had to let me out with cars waiting behind me got to be the biggest waste of time and money just to keep employees from parking there I have a idea instead of that build more parking!!!!!!

Dr. Nassif is always supportive and exceeds expectations for various aspects of what an ideal doctor's visit might be like. His nurses are the same way. With Dr. Nassif, I have never considered a need for improvement through the years.

The staff was courteous and did their jobs efficiently. The Dr leet me know what his feelings were and asked if I had questions or concerns relevant to my treatment. The facility was clean and orderly. The only issue I noticed while I was the was that one of the elevators was out of order. That was being addressed while I was there.

Easier way to communicate with provider

I was left in the exam room on two separate occasions for 20 minutes or more. The second time it happened, I had to leave the room and find someone to help me.

No improvement needed. My doctor and staff are very Knowledgeable, caring, and are experts in the field of inspire help for sleep apnea.

A place easy to get to and good parking. One of the hardest places to get to.

I was very pleased with my entire experience. The doctor was very clear about the next steps we would need to take continue with my journey to have the Inspire unit implanted.

No improvements needed. Staff are the best knowledgeable and professional. Dr Nassif is the Best, I call him my Hero Doctor. I am now able to sleep and have dreams that I have not had in many years.

I interacted with Dr Nassief & maybe four other personnel. All were wonderful & very helpful. No improvement is needed.
