Getting onto the exam table, was really rather scary. Definitely a bit unstable and I was hesitant. Step needs to be lower and wider for us older folks.

The nurse was so rude to me. I received a call from a surgeon as I walked into the room and I explained that to the nurse. She was impatient with me for answering the very important call and was harsh and rude to me the whole time. I will not go back to this facility because of that experience. I have a very rare disease and needed understanding and a lot more tact not rudeness and harshness from a medical care provider.

Visiting a new doc, a specialist, for the first time can stir anxiety. Dr. Randall was kind, professional and provided clear medical advice. The staff member who conducted the EKG was kind and helpful and respectful in the process.

A very good visit.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/21/2025
nurse in exam room very short and quick spoken, maybe I was going too much in detail.
- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/21/2025
I didn't feel that my provider seemed to grasp my family history of heart rate related issues (mother has had similar symptoms her whole life and ultimately received a pacemaker, as well as multiple aunts and cousins on the same side) or that I've been experiencing these symptoms through my whole life, even as a teenager. I felt she tried to equate my recent improvements on a small change is weight, not a change in medication.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/20/2025
I would like to see one doctor (specifically Dr Randall) for all my visits. I was scheduled with the NP because Dr Randall did not have an appointment until January, 2026. How do you have continuity of care when you are always seeing different people?
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/18/2025
I felt completely cared for.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/17/2025
The nurse and check out receptionist seemed competent, but not very welcoming our all that friendly...just down to business. It would be helpful if they upped their interaction and make it a better experience
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/16/2025
Everything was well done!!!!!!
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/14/2025
My old cardiologist retired and it took forever to get an appointment with a new doctor. I have two rare orphan genetic diseases. The Dr told me she had never heard of one. She wasn't interested in learning about it either. The second one I was recently diagnosed with after my son was diagnosed. It can have significant heart implications that can arise at anytime. This Dr had the compassion and empathy of a rock. She couldn't wait to get out of the exam room. I am a manual wheelchair user who lives independently. The door to the entrance of the practice was completely inaccessible to wheelchair users. I had to wait for a stranger walking by to open the door. This practice sees a lot of wheelchair users and should have an accessible door. It's in a hospital why is it not accessible?

Everyone I can in contact with was very nice and friendly. This was my first visit and I just love Dr. Randall. She explained all my test results so that I could understand them. So glad she is going to be my heart doctor.

your building is hard to get into
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/26/2025
I would prefer to have my blood pressure taken manually by a nurse instead of using an automated blood pressure taking machine
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/27/2025
The nurse or medical assistant who took me back to the exam room did not hardly acknowledged me, did not introduce himself & didn't say more than 30 words to me the entire time he was with me. He didn't say or do anything that was blatantly rude, I just felt like a non person. I really liked Dr. Randall !
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/19/2025

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/9/2025
Dr. Randall conducted an excellent appointment - she was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She was very familiar with my past heart tests at Greenville Memorial Hospital and asked excellent questions about my current condition and symptoms. She is an outstanding cardiologist.

I thought I was being reprimanded by the nurse when he told me I was with the wrong group of doctors in the practice. I had been in the hospital and was given an appt with Dr. Randall, who was very nice. She apologized and told me I had done nothing wrong. I was surprised because I have seen several of your doctors and everyone has been very nice and professional.

Everything was good!
- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/12/2025
There should not be dogs in the waiting area ( it was not a service dog). That seems very unsanitary for a health care facility. The waiting area was very noisy and unsettling between patients playing games and videos on their phones loudly and the 2 people working desk at check in cutting up continuously and loudly. This waiting area was unlike any of the other Prisma facilities I have been to, in that, it was not calming or relaxing in any way.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/27/2025
I would say keep doing what you are doing.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/23/2025
