From the moment I entered until the time I left, everyone was respectful, attentive, and patient. Based on this visit, there is no improvement needed.

To me all bases in the offices we covered very well. The issue was parking. I had to park opposite end of the building I was going too. Don't know how you can fix it other than more handicapped spaces at building 3. More handicapped spaces would take into account conditions of patient visiting building 3.

Everything was great! Love my doctor.....so cute?

I was given several options for my treatment. It would have been nice if I would have had a video to watch of the surgery or if I would have had pamphlet information to take home about the different options that would be available for my treatment.

Have wheelchairs available at the front doors, more comfortable seating in waiting areas and exam rooms. Some people have suffered traumas and need assistance sitting and waiting. No accommodations available

Doctor was tied up at hospital on emergency. They asked if we could come back in an hour. No we could not! Why didn't the hospital have coffee or hot water for coffee or tea? Makes sense if someone has to wait longer than expected. I'm not fussing just making a statement. Then I pre-register on line so I wouldn't have to fill out paperwork when I get. A few minutes after I get there they ask me to fill out the same paperwork I did on line. I thought I just had to sign papers like insurance. So why pre-register on line?? Thanks for listening.

My whole experience was handled very satisfactorily.

Quit canceling patients' appointments because the nurses or the appointment people or whoever it is doesn't think that you should come see the doctor yet when you actually need to see the doctor.

The way my wife and I were treated was as if we were the main and only reason that they came to work. The atmosphere was more of family than clientele. The nurse and the doctor both were quite thorough, explaining the purpose of each test and how to interpret my performance. The doctor explained our alternatives along with the potential side effects and efficacies. There were no questions to ask, because they were so succinct and comprehensive.

Dr. Mangubut and his staff provided exemplary communications, and made me feel assured that I was respected as a patient requiring expert care. At no time did I feel, nor was l concerned of biases that could prevent me from receiving quality care. For this, I thank you. Any fear l had about my health dissipated, and l was able to help my family feel at ease.

The nurse that took my vitals & initial information in the room seemed to be pre-occupied and not as engaged or happy as all the other staff were. Also, the blood pressure cuff she put on my right arm (I never had it on that arm before) went so tight that it felt like I had a tourniquet on so I had to have her stop it because it was too painful, and the next day I had a row of bruises where that cuff was. Perhaps she needs a little more training or paying more attention to details? I'm not sure why this all happened because it never happened to me before.

We did not meet with Dr. Mangubat. We saw the person who removed his staples. We had questions for this visit and were told to send them in my chart, which we did. As of today still waiting on a response.

Need to be able to schedule your surgery at your appointment. It's hard to reach the provider and staff. I have sent messages through my chart and hardly ever get a response. I know they are busy but when your in pain and need something done it shouldn't take this long or go on deaf ears, to get help or relief
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/10/2025
Yes, everybody is professional and courteous. I recommend the doctors and nurses to anyone. I didn't see any problems, so everybody is professional and courteous. I'm nice and I'm standing right now.

The inmates in chains were a little concerning. Maybe have them come in first thing in the morning alone, or before close. 3 month wait for an appointment was horrible especially when your dealing with pain but the doctor was great. So was the lady at check in.

The visit was very brief.

These questions are asked as if I'm already a patient of Dr. Erwin. This is my first encounter with Dr. Erwin, yet he came highly recommended by two of his previous patients who are my friends yet more like my family. My response mostly, has NO negative connotation what so ever, Dr. Erwin was respectful, in the NOW, and very informative on my particular situation, but in my opinion he needs to see current exposures of my skeletal structure and I'm sure his thoughts are mutual.

It was very helpful. It was clean, but the only thing I got a concern about the anesthesia that was submitted so fast that I start screaming that it was painful and he told me don't worry you're gonna go to sleep and you're not gonna feel no pain very disappointed it was the first time in my life
