I need help finding a pharmacy that has the prescription I need in stock. I have not reached back out to the office yet for help with this. I loved this doctor, she is very sharp and has a great personality.

Everything is fine except for my prescription. It's been two days and they haven't sent it to the pharmacy so I can start my treatment, which I'm very unhappy about.

My visit was good. Erin Eckard was very sweet, very patient and very knowledgeable. She answered my questions, promised to fix my issue and that's all I could ask for. I was very pleased with my appointment.

My only frustration was the length of time it took to get an appointment. It was about a 2 month wait & when you need a biopsy, that's a long time for anxiety.

Dr. Eckard, her nurses, front office and US techs were incredibly kind, and welcoming. I appreciated immensely the time Dr. Eckard took with me to discuss multiple aspects of the menopausal changes I am experiencing. She helped me debunk online "cures" while providing me great resources to improve my health. So blessed to have her caring for me. So thankful that time that was needed was provided. She is truly something special and the kind of provider Prisma Health should recruit. Time with the patient really MATTERS.

None, my experience was great!

We were waiting a very long time. First we were waiting in the hallway after the nurse took my vitals for 20 minutes before the ultrasound. Then we were waiting for 45 minutes to see the doctor after the ultrasound in a room that did not have enough seats for us. The ultrasound tech also did not say anything about what she saw. It felt awful and like she was judging me.

Every visit of mine has been wonderful. Dr. Eckard and the rest of the staff are always so friendly, helpful, and kind. Dr. Eckard really listens and my visits never feel rushed. Everyone who works here truly cares for their patients and they all go above and beyond. I'm very grateful that I found this practice.

not double book your patients. i waited for over an hour to be seen. since she was double booked there wasn't a room available for nearly an hour.

Honestly I don't have anything. The experience was truly the best I have ever had in this setting. My Dr. Listened and made sure I understood the information given as well as allowed and encouraged any questions. She was thorough, kind, and very knowledgeable on everything encountered throughout the visit.

I think you did a lovely job. No need to have done anything else than what you did. I appreciate everything Ms. Eckard has done. She's a great doctor and I would recommend her to other patients.

The procedure that I had was quite uncomfortable. Dr Eckard was very kind though. If there was any way to lessen the pain, that would be great. I was invited to stay as long as I needed to regain my composure and offered resources to help the nausea pass.

Dr. Eckard is awesome! Best Dr. I've had out here. I'm so happy I am able to see her.

Nothing!! Dr Eckard is an outstanding doctor and I feel very fortunate to have found her. She listens to "you" and doesn't put you in a block because of your age. I have a couple friends who have changed to her upon my recommendation and love her.

It was a good first visit, I especially liked how easy Dr Eckard was to talk to and how intently she listened to my concerns. Only thing I can think of is the lady at check out wasn't as friendly but other than that there's nothing else I would change.

I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time before I was seen which I find unacceptable. What is the point in having an appointment time if you are not seen at the appointment time? Additionally, there was a wait of two months before there was an appointment time available.

There was a delay getting prescription because pharmacy has questions not answered yet
