Everyone was great. The nurse that took care of me was wonderful and the doctor was absolutely the best. They both had reviewed my case and you could easily tell they were interested in helping me. They both listened and that is unusual. It was a wonderful experience and I'm very thrilled to be in their care.

There isn't anything I can think of that needs improvement.

She was not well knowledgeable about anything we got referred to her for and couldn't even help us figure out which doctor to go to or what to do next. It was so upsetting and frustrating.

I was treated with respect, no improvements needed in my opinion

The waiting room bathrooms did not have a child changing area. Or at least the one I tried to use.

Everything was great

I didn't know how to prepare myself before an appointment because I was not able to have my tests done because I did not know I had to eliminate certain allergy medications or certain things from my diet.
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/9/2025
I was not happy that this was a one year follow up, to include allergy testing. I received multiple texts and emails to confirm this appointment, but no information in any of these messages to stop allergy medication for 5 days prior to testing. The appointment felt like a waste of the health care teams time, as well as mine.

When you call the office number you have to call 3 or 4 times. The first few times I tried to call it rang as if it were a disconnected number. If it is a VOIP system being used, you may need to consult with the provider.

The floater nurse told me a lot about how she was a floater and didn't work at this office often, which was maybe not the most reassuring.
