Too much waiting. 45 min in lobby the after intake another 20 to see resident then another 20 to see Marom the 10 min for blood draw.

I can't imagine how you could improve! This office is awesome! Love the staff. They always seem caring and understanding

The wait time was long, my appointment was at 10 but not seen until 10:40, the doctor did apologize then I had to wait about 30 minutes for blood work.

I'm extremely happy with this office and staff.

Dr. Marom is the VERY BEST ! He is always so kind and helpful. He always listens to my issues and concerns. I know I can call him if I have problems. The other Team Members are always so nice and friendly. They always have a smile on their faces. Please keep up the good work !

I don't think any of the staff or Dr. Marom himself could have done anything different or better. It was very professional, the visit, and I trust Dr. Marom with my help, and I thank God for the knowledge he has to help all the many patients that come to him. And I thank God for him. I didn't get in at my specified time. The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful in getting me in while she saw me waiting.

Make it easier to talk to tha staff on a daily basis. A live person dedicated to answer the phone.

You don't need to do nothing you've done it all. It's nice clean and all the nurses respectful and the doctors answer your questions and if you wanna have a good doctor, you need to go to this one he is a fantastic person and the nurses are wonderful. I would go to him as long as I can.

Dr Marom is the best doctor I ever had. I am alive today because of him. He prescribed me Lasix. Since then I have not had a near death experience with flash pulmonary edema. I am so glad he is there for me when I need him.

While I was waiting to be called, and I was the first patient after lunch, another patient was in there, the girl working was a substitute, and she pronounced the name wrong and took that patient back instead of me. As far as the doctor goes, that was the best visit I've ever had with him. He spent at least 30 minutes with me, answered my questions, checked on my chart to get answers, and was just so different. I totally admired him and appreciated his skills. It's a shame Richardson Memorial is clueless about where their buildings are because they certainly, you know, this place is just running down and I don't expect your good doctors to stay there very long.

The nurse tech, the person that took my blood pressure, went through my meds, was inadequate with a lot of it. I had to correct that person, had me mixed up with another client. I had to say, did you ask the birthday or the birthday, which was, it was very unusual that particular day, but overall, I hope they get that straightened out. complain on her because I know she probably need a job but maybe want to check on that and that was under my doctor. i was there 3 hours for a wellness check up visit. the doctor visit was pretty much a normal time for the visit. I really like Dr Marom ! But getting the blood work took entirely to long. abd it's taken longer that it should have on prior visits.

I answered question about receptionist as "yes mostly" because in the new office arrangement there is a solid sheet of plastic material separating client & receptionist except for a 6" to 10" opening along the bottom of the divider. I am hard of hearing. I could not understand what was being said to me without bending down to almost my waist level each time we conversed. Isn't there a better way? I know if clients are sick, this separation helps both client/receptionist but there surely is a better way so both can communicate. You're in a waiting room full of strangers and having the receptionist raise their voice or client having to bend down to hear...not very lady like or private. Thanks

Can't think of any. Dr. Marom is always very thorough and I feel comfortable reaching out to him through MyChart. His office was having computer issues which was frustratlng our visit and forced him to take hand written notes, which he diligently did.

To be honest with you I always have the best experience with Dr Marom and the entire staff. I live 40 minutes away and I refuse to change for someplace closer. The entire staff cares about you.
