Dr. Faile and his staff treat me just like a part of their family and there's nothing they could do to improve upon it. I feel just so loved and supported every time I go to that office and I just hope you will tell that to everyone because it's such a wonderful feeling when you become a senior citizen to see someone so concerned about your health and your welfare. Everyone at Riverside Family Practice is amazing! They make you feel welcome and you can tell they care! I have been going here for many years and love it!

This is one of the first offices I have found after looking for the last several years since my primary doctor of 40 years had retired that I felt comfortable in. Dr Faile is by far the only doctor I have found after looking for these years as a truly a family Doctor Who actually knows your history looks at your history and treat you like a person

Nothing that I am aware of a very professional medical office with excellent doctors.

Dr and nurses could have not been more caring or professional. However, the MyChart website could provide more information to prepare us for our visit! Will blood be drawn or urine sample taken at this visit? Is a fast required? What info does the patient need to be better prepared for the visit!

Having frequent UTI's most of my life, in the past, I was able to wait until I was really uncomfortable to stop by and leave a urine specimen. I didn't have to have an appointment with a doctor, just dropped in and left a sample. I could have waited a day or two longer before leaving my specimen but knew I had to get an appointment before the weekend.

They're great. All of them are great.

The whole staff does a great job. I do not think they have a need to change anything about the way they operate!

My experiences with medical concerns,visits with Dr.Eric Faile and his supporting nursing staff continue be excellent. The true attentive listening ear of Dr.Faile and not just a patient make him a special caring Doctor.

I have been seeing this provider for more than 20 years and I fully trust this provider.

The waiting area in the hallway for lab work or x-ray is not very efficient. You have to walk to opposite side of building from exam rooms and sit on a long bench along the wall. The only access to lab tech is thru a very small window high window. They often do not see people waiting. The x-ray tech cannot see bench at all. I watched an elderly lady walk around the building to wait. Fortunately she had a care giver with her to get lab attention. She should not have had to walk so far and wait.

Everyone was very professional

Staff in reception not as friendly or professional. You can hear them laughing & talking not about work during your visit.

I have no creative criticism to offer, the staff was very nice, the only thing that I can say is that the lab personnel were a little bit not engaged in interaction or cared for whatever was yelling me they just wanted to draw and be done, he did say that he was a contractor for LabCorp, which I understand puts Prisma in an awkward position, but regardless the facility was awesome thank you so much for caring about my health. One thing that I would really like to see is separate waiting areas for someone who's just coming in for a physical, versus someone who is chronically ill, or has symptoms of a contagious symptom kept separately from the healthy people.

Once in the exam room and the nurse had taken my vitals, there was about a 45 minute wait before physician came in. Maybe his nurse could let me know that there is a delay before the physician could come in. Just a "heads up" that he is behind would be good idea.

There's no way that I could get improvement at Dr. Fail's office. He and all of his staff treat me like family every time I go and I think I've been going at least 30 years. I don't remember. But I just cannot put into words what they all mean to me and it just means so much as you become a senior citizen to have this kind of love and faith and trust in your doctor's office. In the 30 years Dr Faile has been my position his staff as always been top notch very polite very informed very confident nurses and assistance everyone at Riverside family practice is very efficient at doing their job and communicating with customers and providing the service any person would expect I have nothing but my praise for for Riverside practice and the doctors and staff that run that place like a sewing machine.

Yes, when I was getting my labs done, my lab work, the lady who actually did my procedure was not nice at all. She was very short. The other lady seems to be in the lab seemed to be pretty nice, but this particular lady was not. I just felt like maybe she doesn't like her job or she don't like people. It wasn't a friendly visit at all.

I would have appreciated a discussion about the biggest health issue I have, which is my spine. And to be given the option to view my MRI, not just the report.

This office is always very helpful. I was impressed to get in so quickly and the treatment I received truly saved me from an agonizing weekend.

The wait time was longer than usual, even though I was the only person in the waiting room. The same for seeing the doctor after I was called back.
