A little more support/empathy during my ultrasound. Even just walking me through what she was seeing, even thought I already knew what was coming by looking at the screen, sometimes silence makes it harder to process things.

I cannot think of any way to improve this practice. Dr. Troutman and his nurse are so kind and listen attentively to me always! The reception and triage staff are also kind and amazing at Verdae!

The front desk lady was somehow dry and not rude, but she did the bare minimum. Her facial expression and her demeanor were giving me the perception that my visit was not really appreciated. Maybe inflation, profiling, probably it felt like it. Her whole demeanor, her giving the vibes, like just answering questions, and yeah, no, like no empathy. Very different than the rest of the staff. It's not my first time going to the facility. I went there to ask questions on the first, I believe, of September, and it gave me the same vibe. I thought it was probably, it was not a good day for her,

I received extreme care from everyone I interacted with; from the front desk staff, to my amazing nurse, and very caring doctor. Haven't experienced better interactions elsewhere. No areas I see need to be improved.

I was a new patient and it took approx. 6 months for me to get an appt. because they were booked up that long. Having said that, I enjoyed my visit greatly with Dr Troutman, the nurses and the receptionist in the office. I did not have a long wait when I got there and the doctor was kind and very professional.

My experience was amazing.

Care was excellent at this location. I am concerned that I was sent for a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound to check the lump in my breast and the next available appointment is in a month. Hopefully prisma can add more facilities for mammography since clearly it is needed.
