This was my first visit and it was fine, no issues. Waiting for surgery now.

All was great!

I was well cared for. No complaints here!

I received everything I needed.

Everything was done according to my expectations as a patient needing serious back surgery.

The appointment is to short! 15 minutes is not enough time for the Dr. to answer your questions. The Dr. kept saying he had another patient to see.

Everything was excellent. Cheerful caring staff, on time appointment, good follow up information. Perfect!

Final check out lady was rude. Disrespectful. Didn't say anything at all. No hi. Thank you. Nothing.

Dr Lenehan was great. He was realistic about my issue & didn't push unnecessary treatments or prescriptions. My issue will likely be resolved over time & he was helpful with at home solutions, though not dismissive of my pain level. I'm honestly happy to not have to have surgery, even if it means waiting this out longer.

This doctor basically said I needed to lose over 200lbs to have back surgery in which back surgery isn't an option for me. He then said I didn't have to make a followup appointment until I lost the weight. He didn't even write out any medication to help with my chronic pain and severe nerve damage that I have throughout my body.

I made an appt w Dr. Lenehan to discuss test results and concerns. I'd had 2 MRI's, cervical and lumbar, ordered by PCP to rule out spinal causes of my symptoms. Dr. Lenehan and I discussed cervical MRI results and then I asked if he had same opinion about lumbar. He said he doesn't address 2 issues in one appt, too busy. But he relented and his looking at lumbar MRI took less than a minute. It may have been 10 minutes total that he was actually in the room with me so I was not "overstaying" my time. I didn't appreciate being made to feel that I was. But I am glad that he agreed to look at lumbar MRI because having to make another appointment with him would have been absurd, and a waste of my time and his.

Dr Lenehan reviewed my test results and was very helpful and clear. I appreciated his expertise. I did not need....thankfully....any type of spine surgery. He made a referral to another group for follow up for my issues.

Listening to the patient alittle more could be tolerable. Not rushing appointments

Allow MRI necessary to diagnose sooner.

Once the doctor realized he wasn't going to operate on me I felt dismissed. There was no clear communication of a treatment plan. He asked about therapy and mentioned a steroid epidural but no clear plan of how that would fit in my treatment. The only thing that resonated following my appointment was "you won't be paralyzed". There was a nurse in the room but she never introduced herself or explained the reason she was there. Vitals or pain scale was never taken. There was never a benefit verses risk of treatment options. The physician seemed extremely intelligent but unable to communicate in an effective way, even to a person with 24 years of healthcare experience.

Dr Lenehan and his staff are wonderful. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I rate them 5 Stars!

Everything professional and efficient

The inkjet thing that could use improvement was the time that I was with the doctor. I felt like there wasn't enough time to get familiar with one another. To establish some kind of familiarity with each other. I felt like just another chart.

I moved here 2 years ago, The treatment from this practice and others far exceeds any treatment i have seen or received before moving here. I was in the medical administrative sector for 40 yrs. There is nothing i can add at this time. I am grateful to be here

I wish the nurse would have called me before scheduling PT. I do not want to use ATI (bad experiences) Also don't know if I am headed to PT for my back or my shoulders which were also damaged in the fall but needed a clearance by spine doctor
