I really can't think of a single thing. Everyone was very courteous respectful the Dr. was very knowledgeable. Helpful made me feel comfortable. I was a new patient. He listened. Everyone answered all my questions including the Dr. I couldn't have asked for any better. I was very impressed. This is the first time I've ever been to a new Dr. in 30 years. I'm from a different state and they made me feel welcome.

It was my first visit as a new patient. Nurse very helpful. The Dr was very nice and listened. I don't know of anything anyone could have done. Great experience.

Everyone was just wonderful.

One of the medicines the doctor sent in, was not approved by insurance. I called around 4:35 to let them know. I had to call 3 times and the second call was a Mae and was extremely rude. Bottom line, the weekend is here and they still have done nothing to help me. On the last phone call, the lady stated that the message had been sent to the doctor to see about prescribing something different yet nothing has happened and it is the weekend. I've been dealing with this pain for months and it has gotten so bad, I've have had several nights where I haven't slept at all and then have to go to work in the morning. I'm currently looking for new doctor.

I would have appreciated a written report on how I did.

I feel that more clarity about origin of my skin lesions and breakouts was needed. Additionally, I have had imme se fatigue. Labs were ordered and resulted. Most values were good. Id like to probe deeper, maybe a B12, tsh, or d-dimer level. Something is wrong for me to feel this bad.

Nothing more, just wanted to say I'm sad to see Dr. Fajardo leave Easley, he's a good doctor, I thank him very much for his care. The Haywood Mall area is just way too far away for PCP medical appts for me, with scheduling time off work for appts. We wish him the best of luck at the new place.

When trying to get the wax out of my ears, washing it out was very painful. They had to go and cover the body.
