Everything was fine

This provider is more than I could ask for. She treats my whole person, I'm not just a number. Emily Hunt is one of the best I've ever had. I feel so fortunate to have her.

There is nothing that they could have done any better. I have seen a big change since Prisma took over. Alot better, cleaner

Emily was running behind bcz of short staffing and it would have been nice to have been Told that instead of being told that she would be right in.....not told anything about the delay after waiting over an hour for Emily I went to the desk where 4 nurses were sitting and laughing and caring on .... Would have been nice if they could have let patient know instead of the patient have track didn't a nurse to find out ....

I am a little confused about where my treatment is headed but I am doing everything requested of me including test and referral appointments. I was scheduled to start new medication but that was changed at this visit. I trust you all to do what I need to be healthy because of your knowledge

Emily is very nice lady. She takes the time to talk and explain different aspects of my health care. Always very pleasant.

Everyone was great and treated me very well. So far after years of doctors with Prisma/Blount Memorial I'm very satisfied!

No need for improvement in my opinion.

My husband's appointment was for 11:00 AM. We waited in the reception area and in a treatment room for an hour before Emily Hunt came in to talk with us. Now granted, once Emily began talking with us at 12:00 PM, she was thorough, polite, and spent 20 minutes with us discussing my husband's health issues. Our only complaint is having to wait an HOUR after the scheduled appointment time to actually spend time with a provider. Our time is just as important as a medical care provider and we would like to have that time respected by keeping the appointment time accurate. If the medical provider is overbooking and cannot keep up with the schedule, perhaps the appointment times need to be spread out a little bit further so as to respect EVERYONE'S time.

Emily was professional and personable! The nurse was also very good! No issues and will continue with Prisma providing my health care

I hope the glitch in the scheduling system gets worked out. The system said I had canceled my appointment which I hadn't. Then I got rescheduled at the time of my original appointment. Weird

Allow you employees have more freedom to do what their immediate supervisors/superiors trust them to do. I see several providers at your institution so I am referring to all areas. Most specifically prescription refill. Bad practice!!!!!!!

The checkin person didn't thank me for paying my bill. She just handed me the receipt & said, "Here you go." It's sad to see the decline in general kindness. Also, every time I leave this facility, I get sick. I never see anybody cleaning throughout the time I'm there. And the same question is asked in this survey if the employees wash their hands before seeing me & they never do. Why ask the same question but do nothing to solve the problem?

Emily is a consummate professional. Her approach is logical, in-depth, and all inclusive. She is an asset to her profession.

The whole staff from start to finish did a great job. Everybody was very knowledgeable and everybody talked to me when I had questions and they answered my questions. Everybody was great.

Have worked out the bugs with the new computer system better first. Took about 15 minutes to check me in for the appointment because of multiple issues. Was the only problem with the appointment. (Desk staff was polite and nice and solved the issues with help, but clearly frustrated by the issues)

Ms hunt is one of the best medical practitioners I have ever dealt with. Her insight, care and effort is amazing. I wish all medical practitioners were more like her. You are lucky to have her working for you and is a model for what medical cares aspires to be.

This was a telehealth visit. It was very refreshing to have Emily call me exactly on time. When I have had in person appointments I never wait very long. Emily took her time with me and answered all my questions and concerns.

The woman checking me out didn't get off the phone the whole time she was setting up my next appointment. She had to involve the other checkout person to fully take care of my question and make the next appointment. That is totally unacceptable and rude!

Yes, the nurses were very, very, very nice, friendly, and very competent. And my endocrinologist, she is so up to date with all the latest devices and all the latest technology. And I couldn't ask for better care. I think that they're the best that I've ever experienced.
