They need to get a new blood pressure machine. That thing was so tight on my arm. No one of my blood pressure was up high. And they kept using it three times. There's no sense in nobody not having good blood pressure machines.

No waiting time. Everyone was very nice.

The pa, Emily was amazing. She had to do some aspirations and explained everything thoroughly. I wished after my surgery someone would have mentioned that that I could have had swelling and fluid buildup. Again, I was so appreciative that Emily educated me on this issue.

Emily was extremely kind and listened to all my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed and I believe she truly cared about my health!! She was very supportive and professional!!

Could have scheduled my next appointment while there. Was supposed to call me to schedule my next appointment but never did, so I called and was given the regional person who scheduled me 3 weeks out. This is my 3rd visit to Prisma in 3 weeks and have received no care.
