No problems during visit. I have found, however, that several times the person who is supposed to follow up on something doesn't get it right. For example, my prescription might be for 30 days instead of 90 or the wrong physical therapist was contacted. These are relatively minor mistakes, but take time to correct.

When front desk people are busy (on phone and/or computer), I like my arrival to be acknowledged (like with maybe eye contact and a small smile or a nod).
