The lack of communication or coordination between various specialists, doctors, etc. is poor at best.

Dr. Cull is an extraordinary physician. I am confident that her help in my recovery is the very best possible. This facility and Dr. Cull run an efficient place to feel comfortable, understood, and in an atmosphere of compassionate health personnel. So no, I do not believe this office needs improvement.

Dr. Cull and the Eastside office staff are the most lovely and caring group of professionals! From the sweet women at the front desk, to the lab and the MA's and nurses down to Dr. Cull herself! Dr. Cull kept digging to figure out a very unusual presentation to a diagnosis and would not stop until she uncovered every rock! We now have answers and a plan and PEACE OF MIND! God bless her and her staff!

Appointment was at 10:30, doctor did not see me until 11:00. It seems that Eastside Cancer is always running behind time on their appointments. Need more doctors? Need better scheduling?

You were fast and friendly and I can't think of anything else you could do to improve what was excellent service. All that in addition to Dr Cull being fantastic!

This was my first appointment, first treatment, no, first instance of seeing anyone with the Cancer Institute involving hematology, so it's a little difficult to determine an opinion this early in the process. But thank you for asking.

The visit tests were not what I expected. There is a change in my health that is concerning. More tests to follow.

You all did all that I required for you to do and more. And I thank the Lord that your staff, your people, did a wonderful job. And I recommend anybody who go to prison to help, that do the will of God, if anything wrong with them, that they will help them. And thank you.

The only thing I wish that would have happened is I took a blood test about eight days before my visit. I wish my blood test results would have been back with the doctor before I went to my appointment because I didn't know the results. When we got the appointment, it would have been much better to know after I saw the doctor and got the blood so I'd have more information on the test. But that's it. Other than that, she was wonderful. That's not her fault, but she was, the Dr. Cull was wonderful.

Very late came the test of cyclosporine and the index was small what dosage should I take maybe go back to the old 100 in the morning 100 in the evening and Appointment the next one not in three months but in two months is it all correct Thank you.
