Well I appreciated get me in for medical attention. However the team wasnt very nice . I am use to my team being professionally friendly. The primary care nurse and physician showed little concern. While in the visit but a plus for the medication being prescribed. Additional to referring me to physical therapy. That was a 10 .

I felt in capable hands my entire visit from everyone in this office, lab included. There is not one thing I can think.to say to the contrary!

There were no nurses on duty when I arrived, so the doctor had to weigh me and take my blood pressure. She complained that apparently it's not mandatory to show up to work. During my entire visit, no nurse ever came in. I was then sent to the lab and the person who drew my labs was extremely unfriendly towards me. He had just been friendly and laughing with the patient prior to me, but once he brought me in to the lab, he was very abrupt with me. He seemed annoyed and asked me if I was in a hurry. I work for Prisma and his attitude is not what we expect. I very much like my doctor but the rest of my experience at this visit was horrible.

Dr Lebel is perfect. She knows so well. I trust her with my care.

Dr. Lebel is superb! She's had some excellent interns work with her, and she had one that worked with me this time too. An excellent PA but unfortunately her last day. She was going back to UNC. Having Dr. Lebel in my life so many years has improved my quality of life. Thank you.

I don't really have any points of improvement because my doctor and the nurses are available and answer all my questions while I'm there. And, you know, I know timing is an issue and making sure that you get all your questions in is the only thing. Do make sure that I follow through on all the questions I have because most often that when I leave, there are things I said, oh, I wish I should have asked this or wish I should have asked that. So, but that's more so on my part rather than the doctor or the nurse. And I love my doctor and the nurses that care for me while I'm there. Thank you.

If the doctor could be more cognizant of the time that the patient is put into the exam room by the MA. My waiting time was WAYYYY tooo Long for this follow up appointment. I waited almost about an hour before the doctor came into to see me which was not a good thing for me at all. This was extremely ridiculous!!

The reception person could have been a little nicer. No smile or greeting when walked in. She was new, never seen before.

Provide clear instructions before a visit whether a 12 hour fast is expected.

Do you ever have nurses call or text patient in 24 to 48 hours to see how they're doing? Some doctors do and I think that's very valuable and really shows how much they care.

I was informed after our session that we went over our scheduled 15 min appointment & we took 20 min.. I was unaware that there was a 15 min time limit and I wasn't wearing a watch. I was a little taken a back because I am a new patient under Dr LeBel. She also commented that she had other patients waiting so this made me feel uncomfortable.

My chart doesn't always work and sometimes it's hard to talk to a person when calling in

I thought it was perfect and walked out with a plan on what to do next to see what's goi g on with my stomach. The visit was excellent.

The Doctor thought see knew what was wrong with me. Ordered several test. As my test results started coming in many abnormal. Yet it's now Saturday night I still feel bad and have not been contacted as to how to get better. Send messages to my primary with no response. Very disappointing

I notice the stenographer(s) are not friendly, it would be nice if they are, after all we all are strangers to one another and they are in our medical business and it is a confidential matter, they should also appear to be nice even if it's difficult.

I went in wanting to get medication for fibromyalgia, asked for referral, I called and was told they did not want to accept me as patient, then Dr LeBel gave me name & address of Dr and said they were waiting on my call, I said this is the same Dr that said didn't want me as patient. A student was with her and I wasn't asked if ok or was I introduced to her. Dr LeBel came in and told me not to miss my psychiatrist appt. Her records shows I did. I told her I would never miss a appt with him. She was wrong. Then she said she didn't know I was not referred to a doctor, instead I got NP. Told her he was great. Just did not get the warm and fuzzies with her. I will seriously consider finding a new primary care, as I didn't feel she cared for me as a patient. Thus was only my 2nd visit seeing her.

My provider is always very professional helpful and knowledgeable. I have always received wonderful care from Dr. Label! She is very personable and caring and very respectful.

Not a thing. Everyone was nice.

Dr. LeBel's physical exam was cursory at best. All she did was check pupillary reflexes, look into my mouth, and listen to my heart and lungs. She made an overture to exam my ears but didn't even put a speculum on the otoscope. This past appointment was for an annual Medicare exam. As of this writing, eight days after the visit, there is no note in My Chart. When the note is posted I shouldn't see any documentation of the examination of any body parts than those I have noted above. If a body part is not examined it should not be documented as if it was. This is fraud. If I don't have any specific complaints I don't get a complete physical exam? With the limited exam I received, Dr. LeBel could not find any issues I may not mention or even know about. I have written about other cursory exams I have received by her with documentation of a complete physical exam.

Dr Lebel is an excellent listener and she and her staff work diligently to serve our family. thank you Dr Lebel and staff!

I was satisfied with the entire visit

I can't think of anything .Dr Lebel went over my problems and explained what was going on with my health . She explained everything happening to me. And is sending me to the specialist to further care for my problems

Dr. Lebel is a good listener is able to speak with definite expertise about certain issues but other times she easily talks about uncertainties and even relevant research. I think she is very bright and capable.

I would like to know my test results and what I should do next. I do not like all the automation and the impersonal computer forced on us. I love my doctor, but Prisma has made medicine impersonal and difficult to deal with when one is trying to find cause of illness. I have had my doctor long before Prisma took over healthcare here in the midlands. The woman taking blood was excellent. Your call center is terrible, as is trying to call in refills. This reflects your customer service. Bedside manner starts at the front desk and phone service. I am not alone in these feelings. You are asking how it went, for me to evaluate, and still know nothing though I call the nurse. This is not like retail or Amazon...

Phone message are not answered until the second or third message. Dr Label is great, personable and listens. She never rushes and takes time to really listen to any issues. I would not think of going anywhere else.

Been on time. Appt was at 820 and at 850 I was still waiting. No one acknowledged me or even came out to say they were running behind. This impacted my work schedule.

This is not really an answer to the question. It would help if you had one or two people who are Tricare liaisons or SMEs.

My only confusion was about if the parking structure was available for me to park, since I had never been to this facility prior to my appointment.

My appointment was changed about three times before I actually. saw the doctor.

I do not feel anything more could be done that wasn't.

the doctor need to stop over talking people, listen to the client or the patient and understand what they're going through instead of judging them and thinking and looking down on the person, coming up with other excuses besides trying to help the patient from suffering from pain and being rude. So no, I did not have a good experience with the doctor that I was seeing and I would never come back to her ever again. And I will call my insurance company to ask them not to pay for my visit because she didn't do anything but criticize someone and look down on me.

To the women who answered the phone when I called to make the appointment: You had a very nasty attitude and made me feel like I was bugging you and you made me feel like I had interrupted your whole day. You were hired to do this task. Anyone that can "read between the lines" knows what I mean when I say "nasty attitude". I wish there was contact info posted at the office or somewhere easy to find in the MyCharts and wish your name was provided because I would have filed an complaint against you. It wouldn't have hurt my feelings to have you terminated. Just do your job with a pleasant attitude and remember if it wasn't for the patient you wouldn't have a job.

I waited for over an hour to see the doctor. I feel like I'm not being listened to while there, but spoken over instead. I walk away feeling badly.

Provide real solutions or suggestions to resolve my issues. She is very good about ordering tests - when I ask for them, or prescribing medications and recommending vaccines or wellness checks, but the physical exam is a joke. I don't get follow-up on the bloodwork results either unless I ask questions.

The staff was wonderful. They were very caring. They made me feel comfortable. And I, at the beginning of this message, it was so long, and I didn't really understand what I was doing. I was pushing some of the wrong buttons. But I would give everything a four or five. That's it. Thanks. Bye.

Treatment was great ?.

The service were good but the receptionist sided me in didn't let any on know in were there so I ended up setting in waiting for a hour, not seeing the doctor and having to come back in the next morning missing work again.

Do blood work prior to annual visit so I & doctor has the blood work info because I have concerns about result & made an apt to go over blood work with doctor. thank You

The problem is not the provider. Prisma health is a corporation so physicians spend less time with patients and it's all about getting as many patients seen for each day. It is less about how the patient feels and making sure they are getting good health care. It is impersonal and that is not the fault of the provider. The provider must spend 15 minutes per patient and move on. This is the way machines move.

Getting an appointment in a timely way is frustrating when going through your Greenville lines. They don't make any effort to work with you. Please fix this.

As a retired RN I have no problems with treatment or suggestions.

I can't think of anything. I was able to get my blood drawn there. I communicate with my doctor through my charts. And she even calls me if necessary. So I love it, i'm happy with my dr. LeBel
