Provide at least a timing update before being called in over an hour after scheduled appointment time

After the visit or treatment provide information in writing about what to expect and what to do. Missing this information made me worried when secondary effects started showing. In my second treatment the nurse listened to my questions and provided the information needed.

My appointment went very well. The doctors were courteous. The nurses were very nice. I had a very good visit.

This was my third appointment and it went well, better than what I was expecting.I didn't trust his knowledge at the beginning based on our first meeting but I guess I was wrong.

I was very impressed with the Doctor and he took time to explain the procedure! The lady that checked me in and verifying my insurance did not answer my questions fully and told me the nurse or doctor could answer my questions. I was confused because I thought she would explain the coverage to me.

I'm not sure this is the correct place for a comment, but I don't see any place else. It would have been helpful to have a written post procedure care sheet sent home with me. Something along the lines of 'this is normal, but if THIS occurs, contact the office.' Reiterating in writing how long to keep compress on etc. It's helpful to have information in writing to refer back to.

I was very happy with my care

All staff and both doctors were extremely supportive and professional.

I love Dr. Elie Moussallem and his staff!!! They're the best. Friendly. Professional. Knowledgeable. And, more. They check all the tight boxes. I suggest you provide a warmer for the lotion applied with an ultra sound. The folks who just do ultra sounds have it. Its puzzling the doctor does not.

I think the team did a good job. As a patient there is a short amount of time. Often there are terms used that non-medical personnel would not necessarily understand. Along with suggestions that are non-medical. In those circumstances I would appreciate a hand out that includes information on the diagnosis and things being suggested to me. Similar perhaps to after an ER visit or from my pharmacist. This could be added to MyChart after the visit

I don't know if it can be helped, but the soonest my appointment could be set for was 3 to 4 months away. It seemed like a long time to wait. In that time, my condition got significantly worse - bad enough for me to miss work. The care provided is fantastic, just the wait times are so long.

Dr Elie , I've known going on six years now. He is the best doctor I see period!!! He explains everything to me and I totally understand what is going on. He is very thorough and talented. I am so pleased he is my doctor!!! He is awesome!!! His staff at both locations are outstanding caring, thoughtful overall very professional!!! Thank You again Dr Elie and your entire staff....!!!

Keep your people! I don't like seeing different people every single time because the staff has left. Dr. Moussalem was very good. Keep him!

It would be great to have a written summary of patient condition and action plan when leaving the office vs mychart inquiry. This is especially important when the proposed treatment is complex or must be taken in steps.

Everything was good

I felt like it was pretty difficult to find where I was supposed to go. They sent me a text message with the address before my appointment. So I put in that address and it pulled me around to the back of the building to the ER. So I had to go in there and figure out where I was supposed to go. And the guy in there was like, oh, it was probably one of the first two buildings. So I went around and just picked a building and went in it. And there was some signs. posted up saying, I finally found a sign that said vascular surgeon or whatever. So I followed that upstairs and figured out where I was supposed to go, but I was like, I was supposed to be 15 minutes early to my appointment. And I got there right at two o'clock instead of 1 45. So we're just kind of pushing it. So it would have been a little, it would have been nice if it was the directions that it gave me, it took me to the right parking lot. And then there was some better signage telling me where to go. But other than that, Everything was pretty good.

Best doctor I've been to. He cares about his patients and their ongoing health. No negative feedback at all. An impressive doctor!
