Sitting in the room was uncomfortable due to the medical box hitting my head

I have yet to see the doctor within 15 minutes of my appointment time. On average, the wait time to the exam room is 25 minutes past appointment time. Additionally, once in the exam room it is usually another 10-15 minutes before the doctor comes in.

I came per a referral. 1. my appt was scheduled so far out because i was told that there would be no guarantee of a nurse being in the room if it was a male doctor. 2. per the referral it was already known why I was coming, howeve the doctor went over the exact same things my doctor did which prompted the referral and yet i was told to schedule another appt for the work to be actually done. that was a waste of time, gas and energy. that was not fair to me. it was very frustrating to have two doctors tell me the same thing and then have to schedule another day to have the work done.

that the gynecologist be more delicate, attentive to the patient's needs. She was very rude, but at the moment I felt like she didn't care about me and didn't provide what I needed during the IUD removal process. She ripped me off and was unemotional, and I had to wait a long time. Now they put me on hold to remove it and says it's going to hurt because she can't offer more for that procedure. She was empathetic. I don't feel comfortable with her. That's why I'm going to change her. I don't feel listened to. I like the building close to my house, but the checkout process takes so long and the checkin process is not as friendly.

Getting an appointment was a struggle. As my symptoms have been a long time present, I was okay to wait to see the doctor I had researched and wanted to see, so I accepted an appointment a month or better out. However, the appointment was rescheduled on my chart due to a conflict with office scheduling. The my chart reschedule time did not work with my schedule, so I called and got one around the same date just later in the day. A week before the new appointment the office called to reschedule me stating I was placed in a wrong time block for a new patient visit. At this point it would be 4 months before the provider I wanted to see was available. So I reluctantly accepted a first available with another provider. Everything about this was done to the office's convenience. I feel at some point you just eat the mistake and see me when you told me you would. I then waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to be called back. Once back, I was satisfied with the visit. No complaint.
