Original visit was cancelled and rescheduled due to a change in provider's schedule. It would have been appreciated if the rescheduled visit was within a week or so of the cancelled visit. Instead, it was more than a month later.

I didn't notice until I had already left that Dr. Matthia had scheduled me for a blood test - ooops! I'm out of town for awhile, so will schedule it when I get back prior to any future appts with Docs. Overall, outstanding, friendly and courteous staff and professionals!

Everyone was extremely professional, thoughtful and courteous. I would not want or expect any improvement in any aspect of my treatment.

Patience is required with my "hyper" personality and I was super-hyper. Still the nurse and doctor were very patient and kind and professional.

To go over all the tests that were ordered, had a sleep study. We did not mention that during the visit.

Receptionists need to smile, greet you with kindness, loud clear voice, and empathy.

The LPN that did check in, was not familiar with medications he was on. that worried me after open heart surgery. She should know what meds are for what reason and why.

He should have checked computer for history before coming in room. He was in a hurry. But he was real knowledgeable about treatment & nice. We liked him.
