Better separation of sick patients

My only issue is Parking. Not enough Dpecial Needs Parking. Some assistants with Wheelchair have helped but there weren't enough And the distance from my car to Dr'office is over a block long. Please help

I would not add or change a thing. I was very happy with my care team. The reception area could have been more informative regarding the 40 minutes I needed to wait after my scheduled appointment time.

No. Dr Gettys is the best Dr ever. She makes me so comfortable and she knows my history very well. Always on top of it ! I changed all my doctors over to Bon Secours because I work there now but will never leave her. She is the best !!

I had forgotten about my appointment, and, you know, it would help out, you know, if we need to juggle some things around to be able to make our appointment. I didn't miss my appointment, but it would be helpful.
