Donald R. Siddoway, MD, is a cardiac electrophysiologist with Prisma Health Cardiology. He earned his medical degree at the Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. Dr. Siddoway completed fellowships in cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology, both at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pennsylvania. His residency in internal medicine was also conducted at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

    in the office every thing was fine and the feedback was excellent. Great listeners. i appreciated the medical advice. the parking for building 8 is a nightmare and more spaces above ground and in a nearby lot are needed for the patients.

    Stop trying to sell me drugs I do not need!!! I was very disappointed in the visit and why I was called in for an appointment that was not needed---except for trying to sell me more drugs!!! The doctor was not for my heart but a salesman, my heart doctor Is the one who should have been the one who should have been there, not an "electrician". Not a happy camper!!! I am going to discussing this matter with my GP and determine how to handle this visit with Dr Siddoway.

    Customer service needs to be improved. I have never visited the hospital and did not know the where my appointment was located. The receptionist at the front was rude and very short when asked where to go. When I went where the receptionist told me to go the employees were rude and said go to the third floor. Cardiology Department Once again, I had to ask the receptionist in the main lobby how to get to the third floor and she was rude and acted upset that I had to ask again. The environment was not welcoming and my husband and I could not wait to leave. I understand that individuals have bad days but every employee was having a bad day? Thank you and have a blessed remainder of the week.

    First time I have been to the Sunset Blvd office and was happily impressed. In the past year, different practices, I have felt like one sardine in a filled basket. I am happy to say that I now feel like the best and only sardine !

    Honestly I can't think of anything, I requested the use of a wheelchair and one was provided with no hesitation on both my visits there. The nurses were great as was all the doctors and staff! Overall- Outstanding!!!

    I would have just liked to, for the doctor, nurses, the whole facility, to have had my cardiology medical records there in front of them that would have had my latest medical things on it and list of my medications that I am taking.

    I was scheduled for echo prior to seeing Dr Siddoway. My appointment with him was at 9:00 at 9:20 I had yet to be called back and everybody that had come in after me and those that were there before me were already back I let the nurse know that I had an appointment at 9:00 and was still waiting to be seen I also let the front desk know at 9:30 come to find out after the echocardiogram they said that person did not click whatever button needed to be clicked to let them know I was available it's not okay that I sat and wait it because someone needed to click a button on a program staff needs to do their job and do it right all the way from the start to the end That's what they get paid.

    There is no other way, the way that the doctor treated me and educated me on my atrial fibrillation was amazing!!! he spent over a half hour educating me and he seemed to care and listen to me when I spoke to him he is an amazing doctor. I will definitely use him as my cardiologist I trust him completely!!!

    Talked a little slower and explained things a little better as to what they want to do and what needs to be done to control the AFIB. Follow up in two weeks will see what we do next. A lot of things can be done to correct the AFIB, but not sure which is best for me.

    Have the attendants/nurses offer the patient ice water while in the patient's room. There were a few occasions where I waited a long time for them to come get my water jug, and to return with the ice water I had requested.

    This was my first real visit with Dr. Siddoway since he took over my care after my cardiologist retired. I am so impressed with him. Very obvious that he knew my past history and had given thought before addressing my issues. I'm happy he's my cardiologist.
