Having been a long time patient of Dr David Koontz l have every confidence in his care.

Offer to make the follow up appointment. I received dose 1 of a 2 dose vaccine regimen. Now I have to remember to get the 2nd dose within the correct follow up period.

The visit was informative and he quickly referred me to a surgeon for hernia surgery Thanks

Take blood pressure by the nurse using a hand control to inflate the cuff and stethoscope to make the reading. Hands on blood pressure reading. My nurse on this visit used the above method. Most do not.

I have noticed that when i go to a same day apmt. I can't request my dr. , but then I have to go to him for a referral for this same issue. This happened last year. Very frustraiting. I was in great pain. Had to have spinal neck fusion.

All was Well with staff - they were informative about everything they did was well explained - only problem I had was the lateness we had to do it under. That could not be helped by your staff. My muscle spasms precluded her from getting all she needed to get to the doctor.

I was a bit overwhelmed by the size of the facility. However, personnel did attempt to guide you and lead you through the process.

Not a thing - I really like my provider- he is always eager to help, share his knowledge and has been a constant in my Healthcare journey.

Improved phone system. Call your own number and see how long it takes to talk to a human. The message gives you other numbers for other departments and even suggests using the website. I guess I'm old school.

I had some unusual significant issues that I needed to discuss with Dr. Koontz. I value and appreciate his candid and informed advice and judgement.

Everything was okay except I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes before the appointment.

It would be helpful for provider to go through lab test results more throughly---- to explain the range from normal through abnormal.

I'm trying to change physicians and only saw Dr. Koontz as an interim solution. He is great but not accepting new patients. I'm still waiting to hear on status of my request to change physicians. My test results are still going to physician I'm trying to leave, which is awkward, at best.

Nothing. The care and attention was extraordinary.

Nothing more could have been done. I've been having a problem with depression lately, and Dr. Koontz has been suggesting for quite a while that I talk to someone. I made the appointment to discuss this with him and also for a routine blood pressure check. Dr. Koontz is always respectful of what I have to say and makes suggestions and gives advice on how I could help myself as well as advice to seek and counseling. I never feel like I am being rushed or less important than his next patient. I respect his opinion and recommend him to numerous people.
