I keep taking these surveys, but yet, I still don't see this doctor get any recognition, or award. I have had many doctors give me the honeymoon phase, and then lose care. Dr.Hall has been a solid doctor since the first time I walked in that office. He genuinely cares about patients. He gives Prisma a good name, and he should be recognized.

The staff at the front desk is absolutely amazing. Not to mention my doctor listens to me and I feel heard and I'm confident in the plan that we have to manage my care.

I have no suggestions for improvement. It was a very courteous and compassionate as well as clean facility.

I prefer not to say but I do not have any confidence in Dr Hall. He seemed confused and told me he put the patient before me - their info in my chart but said he would erase it. I hope so. But I have no confidence in him nor would I want injections from him. He said it would not help my specific issue anyway.

Could have served hotter coffee; oops coffee was not served at all. Honestly meeting was most uneventful, interesting and comfortable. David was friendly and courteous also knowledgeable.

Listen without interruption and ensure to complete exam as I didn't have anyone check me out physically. The wait time to see the doctor was longer than the visit. I felt that my visit was a waste of my time and I was right back where I started.

I arrived expecting treatment for ongoing pain after waiting 1month for appointment and was informed that I'd have to wait at least 2-3 weeks for insurance approval This should have been submitted before I got there

I have been in pain for a while it took 2 months at least to get answers, went to the appointment and another month to wait to get an injection, totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!

Dr Hall was thorough, honest and professional. He gave me a good idea of the treatment process and its possible outcomes. I value his professionalism and his ability to communicate the nuances of this treatment.

I'm completely satisfied with the staff no complaints

On first visit I was told pre procedure med would be given to me. However on visit before epidural, I was informed I would not recieve any pre epidural med cation for my extreme anxiety because " physicians were getting sued". As a nurse i am very disappointed in Dr Hall's changing his mind and unsure about this statement. I feel decieved by him.

None!! As a new patient I could not have been more satisfied. Outstanding staff to include Dr Hall.

Better communication regarding expectations for payments before I was even spoken to by doctor ...didn't even see dr

I cannot think of anything that would have improved my visit. Dr Hall's was very informative and gave me a lot of information about spinal stenosis and my treatment. He answered my questions and was very kind.

I forgot to ask answer wish Dr. Hall had told be if I needed to taper off Baclofen or if I could just quit. When I read about the drug on-line, I wasn't sure. I did appreciate his frankness.

There is literally nothing they can do differently. They are the closest thing to a perfect office than anyone I have visited.

Doctors I have seen in the past have time between patients to read their chart history. This made me feel like they cared about me. When the doctor has to search my chart during my visit, I feel like a number.

I am overjoyed with Dr. David Hall. He was everything I had hoped for as my pain management doctor. The staff members were excellent. They put a referral in to my insurance company and it has been approved in less than 24 hours.
