I had to cancel original appt. onlione; easy-peasy. However I was not able to "re-schedule". I had to go through the phone system. For all the moving parts at Prisma...the phone lines are your weakest links.

Please be good to your staff. Treat them well, pay them well. We have lost several beloved nurses and doctors. And we miss them very much.

They did a good job.

I can't think of any way. I was treated with respect and very professionally by everyone I met that day. The strand Dr. Franklin are the BEST!

It is hard to impose when you are doing a great job

I was very impressed with the whole staff from the front desk to the doctor. Very professional, personable and I felt I was in excellent hands.

I was told my insoles and ankle brace would be ordered immediately, but when I stopped at Prisma MDE, they had not received the order and would call when it was ready. I was out again six hrs later and stopped by, and they still had not gotten the call from Dr Franklin's office. I called the nurse and left a message but still have not heard back. ?

Everything was perfect! I was well informed and i trust the staff.

Really nothing very happy with the care I received.

Thought my appointment was with Dr. Franklin. Instead, his PA came and started helping me, as if I should know that I was not going to see Dr. F. The PA was very knowledgeable and I would see him again; however, it was the " assumption" that I should understand their routine. If I'm going to see the PA, just tell me when i make the appointment. Respect for the patient could be better.

Nothing comes to mind. I appreciated his clear detailing of my situation. I certainly will see him again as would be helpful.

Staff and Dr were wonderful. Robyn was especially nice and helpful.

I was told that because it was a medical group that to do certain procedures required an operating room. I had gone to a podiatrist in another state prior and they had equipment in the room and was used. I kinda felt it was antiquated not to provide the tools for him to be more accurate in diagnosis. So although he was professional and did what he could, felt it would have been more efficient had he had the proper tools.

I was taken care of completely.

Actually, I felt the time I entered the door until I walked out I was treated with respect, with courtesy and very professional care!

I can't think of anything to improve. Dr, Franklin took TIME to explain his concerns, and also to listen to mine.

It was very good and very informative and very kind and very professional.

I would have liked to meet and talk with the doctor first and then the practitioner. Not the other way around.

I feel that I just saw a doctor and no relationship was built. Nurses were great, but with the doctor, I was just the next person in line. He was nice and seemed to know exactly what was wrong, so I appreciate that! I really didn't feel I was able to give all my symptoms.

As a non medical patient, Sometimes I need more explanation why it got to the point (worse) regarding my illness. Other than that, they're all nice to me.

This is the fourth surgery that Dr Franklin has done for me. He is an excellent doctor. It is very stressful for all, because of the Prisma changes taken place. New computer system and overall morale is worrisome for patients and staffers.
