They wouldve liked to see her medical records but our previous state doesn't participate in any online programs, there was a gap in knowledge I wish I could've filled had I been asked to try and get the records before the last minute appointment. However, everyone was so pleasant and understanding without delaying care.

Honestly, Dr. Malpass was the most amazing doctor I have ever come across for my four year old daughter. He was truly incredible I came away from the experience completely trusting him and couldn't wait to share with my family how it went. He doesn't come in loud and bubbly, but reads the room and you can tell he is experienced with all different kinds of kids. He explained everything to me about what was or was not going on. He won my shy daughter's heart and he even got her giggling. That man was made for that job.

Nothing...Everthing was discussed that needed to be addressed.

Nothing to improve - we LOVE seeing Dr Malpass and the staff ( including everyone from front office , nurse , ultrasound) have always been the most kind and helpful. Have been coming to pediatric cardiology for 18 years now & I would hate to know we had to go anywhere else.

I honestly feel that there is nothing that could have been different.

I had a great appointment. I wish all doctors were like the one we saw.
