Receptionist rudely informed me I was early because I was 40 minutes. The way the this person came across was most unprofessional... my actual appointment was 2:30, check-in was 2:15 and I showed up at 1:50.... I don't see what the big deal was...

Nothing, the experience was very professional. DR McNeely was very knowledgable and reviewed my medical history in detail before coming in to talk to me. I definitely recommend him as a cardiologist.

Had to setup my own appointment, since no one called me to set one up. CVS called multiple times for renewal of prescription, but still no one thought I might need an appointment setup.

I don't have suggestions because everything was done well and professional. I only waited 5 minutes before being taken to the examination room.

Dr. Mc'Neely was very thorough!

I called in to give a courtesy call about running 10 minutes late for my appointment. Very cumbersome discussion that went longer than it needed to. No sense of service/problem solving or courtesy from the phone attendant. Almost felt as if I were a burden to her.

I was very pleased with the care I received from start to finish.

Everyone was very professional and helpful, other than the girl who checked us out at the very end. She was on her phone. I stood in front of the desk. She did not acknowledge me until I asked if that was where I checked out. And she was not very friendly when I checked out. But other than that, Everybody was very friendly, including the people that checked us in. They were very friendly. The doctor was very professional and courteous. It's just the girl at checkout.

As usual, everything was taken care of.

All staff was friendly. Check in was easy I was called back for appt on time Dr McNeely listened was informative and answered questions. Check out was extremely helpful and appts made for further testing was straightforward and easy. Definitely an efficient office with good staff

All perfect and so glad to have found such a caring doctor. Dr. MCNEELY is great takes his time and asks questions to make sure everything is understood.
