It was a longer than wait. It was a pretty long wait time in the waiting room, even though I did get there early. But otherwise, everything was as service.

I would recommend just keep up the great work. I trust my doctor, and if I have any questions or concerns I know I could get an answer quickly through mychart.

Even though I haven't had my surgery yet, I wanted to share how impressed I've been with Dr. Moffat and the entire team at Prisma Health Weight Loss Surgery so far. They treat you like a person, not just a patient, and they take both your health and your comfort seriously. I'm grateful for the guidance I've received so far, and I feel confident moving forward knowing I'm in great hands with Dr. Moffat and the entire Prisma Health Weight Loss Surgery team. Anyone considering weight loss surgery should feel reassured choosing this group they truly set the standard.

I have trust in Dr. Moffat of my Care, and he listen to my concerns, he has a calm spirit, and kind and courteous The officer, waiting room r always very clean, and patient room. I love my Prisma doctors All my doctors r here except one, now need my sleep anea doctor so see if someone can recommend me one

I did not like the open registration in Lobby. It was confusing and not secure when giving name to individuals sitting in a row. I was already checked in at home, so asking me more questions was unnecessary and unprofessional. I did not feel welcome at all. I felt "drilled" as to why I was there. I would go downtown before I would go to this building again!

I personally, can't think of anything that could have been done better. Everyone was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. Everything was explained throughly. I'm very pleased with my visit.

I received all of the explanation I needed to understand my heath problem. The Dr. did not rush me and answered all of mine and my husband's questions.

On my first appointment, the medical assistant who took me back to the room before I saw the provider, who took my weight and blood pressure, talked so fast that I could not understand anything she said, and then she just left the room. My second appointment, the girl was different and more personable. My third appointment, again a different girl, was not personable at all, didn't make eye contact at all. She only spoke when reading out my weight and blood pressure, then left the room. All of them seem as if they don't want to be at work. Dr. Moffat is very personal, and in the short time I have known him, he seems to care for his patients, and I do not feel rushed during my appointments. It is rare to meet a provider these days like him. The woman you see after your appointments is always very pleasant, also.

There was nothing to improve. I had the best experience at this office and one of the staff members have me great advice.

The wait to see the Dr my last 2 visits was 45 after my scheduled appointment. I do understand things arise but not each time I'm seen. Wish the wait time was a little less.

There was only one medical assistant who took me back to my room initially who was not at all friendly and acted as if she didn't want to be at work. Everyone else were very professional and kind.

Prisma Health is a great hospital with wonderful doctors, especially my surgeon Dr. David Moffatt! The best of the best!

The staff could be more friendly especially the Medical Assistant not willing to listen and was not polite in the least, this is my first experience that this happened, however everyone else was nice, may be the person was having a bad day but that should never be in healthcare.

I don't have any complaints, with staff or my doctor Moffat discuss my care with, and he makes sure I understand what really going with my treatments, he listen to my concerns, and always tell her how I'm modified my diet and staying on the right types of food and you wanna make sure my digestive system is always good, it's really clean , calm , place, I don't see the nurses sanitize there hands , unless they do it before they see me, when taking my weight, and vitals No, that's the only thing I notice, but I sanitize myself after they touch me. I still wear my mask since Covid

None at all staff is alway respectful , and professional and the place Alway very clean, I like doctor Moffat he listen to my concerns , and is easy to talk too , will continue to go to him

There isn't any more Dr. MOFFAT could do that man is wonderful. He saved my life.
