My doctor David Worthington and his nurse were very respectful and have taken care of my husband and myself for years. My husband lived several years longer due to Dr Worthington's care.

Dr. Worthington is an outstanding physician, outstanding, top of the pile. The one area I would say you could improve is when you leave at other care providers. I've been able to send an email to communicate with the doctor or their team. They don't seem to offer that, or if that is an option, it's not clear. That would be an area that could be improved.

Allow for more time per visit in lieu of 15 minutes. Not enough time to discuss problems, if any, without additional charge..... which was not a problem when l started with I M A years ago. Prisma takeover is now more concerned with bottom line, income. So sad!

I had sent photos of my house infected eardrum ahead of time in Mychart. My normal provider couldn't see me, so I was scheduled with this physician. He looked in my ear a total of one second, barely got the otoscope in there. He did look at my throat and asked pertinent questions and said he was prescribing an antibiotic. When I asked him how my ear looked, he said "fine". When I questioned him, he said, "Well, you know. It's difficult to see down in there." I was perplexed, but didn't argue. Especially since he was treating me with an appropriate antibiotic. I just didn't leave with a very good impression, or confidence in the physician.

More time allotted for an annual physical but I understood because there was an emergency ongoing this time. I am healthy as nd doctor covered everything essential. Dr Worthington is an outstanding doctor in my opinion.

I have full confidence in Dr. Worthington he has taken care of me since 1998. I give him the utmost respect for his ability to put up with me. If not for him I probably would not be here now. His medical knowledge is above average and he finds out what the problems that people have. He's irreplaceable for me.

I was well pleased about my visit. I came in upset about my health and Dr Worthington made me feel much better about things. I have been seeing him for many years and believe him to be a knowledgeable, caring physician.

Less dismissive of my concerns

Everyone was great! I feel fortunate to have such good care.

It was an excellent experience. What was not exceptional is the clarity as to which of 5-6 Prisma Bldgs my doctor, was located in. His information, nor the web site, nor the meeting reminder texts, emails, not even "My Chart" states which building!! Please fix this as it causes patients to be late and anxiety for sure. It is an easy fix.
