My experience was great.

No way to improve

Do not change anything. I was extremely impressed and thankful to meet Dr. Fulton. I felt confident that he would provide me with the best care. I hope I'll never need him again but if I do, I'll look forward to seeing him again. He's great.

I can't think of anything. My visit was very favorable.

Maybe taking a few minutes to read all the information about you before they walk through the door. I have found that they didn't even know I've had a shot, they gave me the shot two weeks before when I came in to the office upon the follow-up. I've had the PA tell me that the doctor would be taking care of the bursitis, the tear or shredding of my rotator cuff, and the spur i have. Upon seeing the orthopedic doctor he said I have two Spurs and he's not quite sure if my rotator cuff is just torn or it's shredded because of the place I had my imaging done. The PA told me that they concurred with the person who did the MRI reading that I had shredding of my rotator cuff, arthritis bursitis and tendonitis. It seems as though they're not on the same page. So I'm not really sure exactly do I have one or two Spurs will he be taking care of my bursitis? I didn't get an opportunity to ask him because he didn't come back into my room after he left. Maybe asking if I have any questions before they leave me cuz usually after they've left it when I have questions.

I scheduled my appointment on My Chart and needed to be seen earlier. There were no current appointments available online. I called the office numerous times to get in but still no appointments available. When I arrived at my appointment I was unable to have treatment due to one hour wait and end of the day. When I scheduled initially on My Chart I wrote what was needed. The office was unaware of that information therefore I did not get treatment and now wait another 3 weeks for an appointment/treatment. I am a long time patient of Dr. Fulton and trust and want him to care for me. It should be easier to get care.

It's an excellent service. If I had anything to add, I would, other than many thanks and congratulations to all the staff. I know how difficult it is to deal with people who suffer from an illness.

Everything was wonderful, but I have one major complaint. All bathroom stalls should have two railings on either side, a call button, and there should be a button to get in the heavy bathroom door to enter the bathroom and a button to get in the heavy door to the building. All other things were excellent fours. The bathroom I've been trying to work on for several years, an orthopedic center. I know you meet the law with one stall, but that does not make it. All stalls. Thank you.

I felt seen and cared for. Your staff is professional, friendly and engaged. My visit was for an emergency and I trusted they had my care well in hand. Thanks for not rushing the process and allowing them the time to care for my needs in traumatic and painful situations

The check in process was not good. I did an eCheck-in prior to my appointment. When I checked in at the facility, the lady acknowledged that I did an eCheck-in and told me I was good, and directed me to the suite. However, she failed to check me in to my appointment. I sat in the doctor's waiting room for about 40-45 minutes watching people get called back before me, after they walked in after me. I stood at the empty desk at the window for about 10 minutes before a lady from elsewhere in the building walked in, and I expressed my concern about possibly being in the wrong suite. She did talk to another employee and they got me checked in, and seen. Everyone was really nice, however, this made me late for other responsibilities. I feel the eCheck-in should be explained thoroughly to the check in employees, so that this isn't repeated.

No. Dr Fulton is a wonderful doctor and surgeon who cares deeply about his patients and their needs. His staff are also knowledgeable, caring and compassionate.

It could have not been better. We saw Dr. Fulton and he was in a word SUPERB

Everyone who I saw was very helpful, professional and courteous. I have a mental fear that makes it difficult for me with things like needles or other things. I was very obviously stressed about getting my stitches out and the nurse let me have a moment and also gave me a water. The surgeon, Dr. Fulton also went above and beyond for me in having another temporary splint made for me. I didn't even think about the need to bring one, but thanks to his supportive approach I was able to drive home comfortably, and save a bit of money. The gentleman who applied my temporary splint was also very wonderful and treated me with kindness and care.

What care are received was sufficient for the doctors visit that I had everything went well.

I find it very redundant to have the women sitting down at the desk on the first floor be sort of snide and do you have an appointment kind of thing. Well, why in the hell are you there if you don't have an appointment? But those people need some training in personal relationships with the customer.

I had to wait over an hour before seeing the doctor. In fact I left the room after 56 minutes to go the the nurse station to ask how much longer I would have to wait

Be more clear about who you are and your role in my care. The students did the best.

Meet your appointments After waiting 30 minutes, the receptionist announced they are running 45 minutes to an hour behind. Offer to reschedule. After waiting another hour and getting X-ray done, the doctor came in and gave us three minutes. By that time, we were ready to go. What a waste of time

I can't think of one thing Prisma could have improved on. This was one of the most professional and well organized medical team and facility I've seen

Only complaint is that I-Pad resets before giving users time to complete. Could not be on it consistently because needed to answer questions from front desk-going for X-rays.

I was very satisfied with my first meeting with the team and Dr. Fulton was easy to discuss my problems. Quite comforting, looking forward to my next session.

The only thing that may have helped me is to have one injection instead of the two. I was offered the chance to select. I chose 2. I had some lightheadedness afterwards and sweated all night in my sleep.

All went to my satisfaction. The first nurse was/ is awesome . They all nice.

I can't think of any way that you all could improve the level of trust that I have in Dr. Fulton. He has performed surgery on me twice and treated me for trigger finger. My primary care doctor as well as all of the other members of my care team are with another health organization. When I requested a referral for the problems that I have been having with my hands, I specifically asked to see Dr. Fulton. My primary care doctor named several people that he could refer me to within their health organization. I told him that I didn't want to see anyone except Dr. Fulton.
