Meet your appointments After waiting 30 minutes, the receptionist announced they are running 45 minutes to an hour behind. Offer to reschedule. After waiting another hour and getting X-ray done, the doctor came in and gave us three minutes. By that time, we were ready to go. What a waste of time

Only complaint is that I-Pad resets before giving users time to complete. Could not be on it consistently because needed to answer questions from front desk-going for X-rays.

I was very satisfied with my first meeting with the team and Dr. Fulton was easy to discuss my problems. Quite comforting, looking forward to my next session.

The only thing that may have helped me is to have one injection instead of the two. I was offered the chance to select. I chose 2. I had some lightheadedness afterwards and sweated all night in my sleep.

All went to my satisfaction. The first nurse was/ is awesome . They all nice.

I'm kind of nervous when all this happens, but they work with me throughout, and I have no regrets. And if I ever need any upper body work, I'll be the first ones I call. This was my first visit to the new location, and everything was done very professional and nothing needs to be done to improve at this moment.

I can't think of any way that you all could improve the level of trust that I have in Dr. Fulton. He has performed surgery on me twice and treated me for trigger finger. My primary care doctor as well as all of the other members of my care team are with another health organization. When I requested a referral for the problems that I have been having with my hands, I specifically asked to see Dr. Fulton. My primary care doctor named several people that he could refer me to within their health organization. I told him that I didn't want to see anyone except Dr. Fulton.

All went went as usual.

The checkin staff could work on their customer service skills. There were 2 females and 1 male. I wasnt greeted until I went and stood in front of the male. There were no patients at the desk checking in when I checked in

Scheduled appointment on line but wait for Dr. Fulton was 5/6 weeks. Could have scheduled with different provider sooner, but I wanted Dr. Fulton, as I had heard great things about the care he gives.

My visit was fast the nurse that took my history and everything. She was professional all the way with a touch of humor on the side. It made the visit very comfortable. The doctor paid attention to everything even the injury at hand, examination x-rays, the diagnosis treatment all of it. He went over everything. He even seen an injury on the left side on my back shoulder blade and asked me if I knew anything about it. I said yes, sir I did prove that he pays attention and I do not trust doctors. I do not like doctors but what he did in the staff has Turned the page for me. Thank you.

I was cared for in a very professional manner.

I really don't know what to say, they were on top of what they were doing.

Well I had pains that i expressed about my hand that may or may not have been related to the surgery but since I didn't have numb fingers he didn't address what was causing a pain in the power of my hand as opposed to the back of my hand or the fingers that were hurting. He told me to fingers were from arthritis but we just forgot about the pains in The left and right sides of my hand which are preventing me from doing many things. As far as the pain the rest of my hand he just told me that I needed to give it more time even though recently he told me it would take 4 months and it's already been 6. I would just like to have my questions and problems addressed. I was said that was it and sent away with no follow-ups in no anything considering that he told me that give it another few months before it would be better but he's not going to see me anymore. Very bed follow-up as far as I'm concerned this is another example of what my daughter went through with this facility and her ankle. Another story for another time.

Offered some relief for the pain I was experiencing in the office. No alternatives were offered!!!

Quite pleased with all aspects of seeing Dr. Fulton and his staff.

Need to know what can occur after surgery. Temp, tingling of arm to fingertips and 4plus edema from elbow through fingers. I trust and respect staff before, during and after surgery. Called when incidents occurred and given advice and what to do by nurse.
