Reception and treatment were excellent. No suggestions on how to improve.

First of all in 21 years doing this in hospitals ,Doctors office visits, all pharmacy's or any drug store pharmacy they really don't what there doing with prices on medications that are suppose to have ONE price set on it not several prices to believe in from the get go !! Plus pharmacy messes telling me what coverage prices on medical needs they need!!

Great visit

I was referred to Riverside Family Medicine-Eastside by a family member who also is a patient at this practice. I chose Dr. David Hoenicke to be my PCP and am so glad that I did. He has been the best PCP that I have experienced in healthcare. Dr. Hoenicke listens to what I have to share, he asks questions, and exchanges in communication about my care and treatment options. The nurses who have assisted me have been caring, respectful and professional. The front desk staff for checking in and out have been welcoming and providing information as needed. All I can say is thank goodness that I found Riverside Family Medicine. A good healthcare practice is hard to find these days. Thank you!

Reduce the amount of entries your physicians have to do during a visit.

Dr. Hoenicke and staff are great. However, trying to get an order through Prisma outpatient radiology for a Dexascan has been a complete disaster.

The staff is amazing. They work well together and they always make u feel comfortable. I truly love going to Dr Hoenicke because he shows that he truly wants to help you feel better and always listens to you and shows he really knows and cares about his profession he chose. My appointment with Dr. Hoenicke was fabulous. He listened to my concerns. He worked with me on my health issues. And to be quite honest, he's the best primary care physician that I have had so far. My first two were not very good, and I think Dr. Hoenicke is awesome.

I've been seeing Dr. Hoenicke for several years. Always on my six months checkup, I get a blood test. For some reason, this, the other day when I went to see Dr. Hoenicke, he didn't offer a blood test, and I was just a little concerned about why he may have, went over that my tests were good last time or whatever, but I'm just concerned that I wasn't given a blood test because I like to keep up with my health, and that's the reason I go. And I think six months blood test is not unreasonable. Thank you.

I went in because i have cold and heavy congested. i was tested for flu and covid( norma procedure) both negative. Then they did normal health check also good. However i still felt like i just have been given a prescription for antibiotic. I was told nature just has to run its course. I am taken over the counter cough medicine was i admit is helping.
