This visit did not require any physical examination. It was the doctor's reading of the blood test and ordering additional blood test to have more data before developing a plan of action. That is fine but consider offering a virtual visit on those cases. I drive over an hour to get to the office. Would save a lot of time and expense if done virtually.

Yes, I trust that medical provider with everything. He has seen me twice and he is so nice and respectful to old women who can't remember things. But I have so much confidence. I have come a long way since I had my heart surgery. And it was because of having great medical support at Port Prisma. Have a good day. I highly, highly recommend y'all.

Dr. Caesario and his staff are great!

The person at the checkout desk was surly. She did not acknowledge us, but said "name, birthdate in a very unkind voice. When we left, I said "have a nice day" and she defiantly said, "I WILL". She said nothing to us. We were shocked by the persons behavior in an otherwise very pleasant experience.

The woman you have behind the check out desk is always extremely rude and near impossible to talk with since everything is just my fault for not knowing the doctor's availability on my own. Please consider replacing her.

Dr should have listened to my reasoning about why I think my thyroid is the main reason for the issue I'm having. He should have referred me much sooner to the ENT Dr . My theory was correct all along and I feel like he was down playing my suffering. Also he requested to have me pray not once but twice during our visits which is inappropriate. If I decline the first visit then do not ask to pray again at another visit. The doctor's religion has no place in a professional setting and it made me very uncomfortable.

My Doctor is a great Doctor and I would like him to be recognized be Thanked for and by Me please.

There was a lot of loud, laughing and carrying on by the employees in the inner office, not the check in or check out person. This was visible to patients checking in as well as checking out. I found it to be distasteful and disrespectful to me as a patient.The staff were sitting back in their chairs in a very relaxed manner, not doing any work, laughing loudly. This should never happen in front of patients. I found it to be very disrespectful. The rest of the visit was fabulous. The check-in and checkout process was great. Doctor was great. He took as much time with me as I needed went over my options in detail answered all my questions in detail and rolled out the plan of care and discussed it with me and made sure that I was comfortable with it and fully understood it. Thank you very much for your attention to the issue of the inner office goings on. Thank you.

Seeing an Endocrinologist 2x a year, I feel, is not often enough to keep tabs on the patient. Also, recommending blood work only 1x a year is definitely not a good way to see how a patient is doing. A patient and Dr. needs to establish a relationship. Besides just adjusting insulin numbers, I feel like the Dr. should be physically looking at patient's feet, eyes, heart, lungs. True there are other Dr's for this but the Endo could be the one to catch something beforehand.

It was my initial/new patient appointment that took a long time. While I somewhat understand getting a new patient "on-board," my symptoms are extremely difficult to live with. BUT I am quite pleased with the first appointment and with Dr. Caesario.

Pay attention to someone's religious values before asking to pray with them. Because of the power differential between myself and the doctor, I didn't feel comfortable saying no to his request to prayer.

Dr Caesario is amazing. His level of care and concern are above that of his peers. Prior to seeing Dr Caesario, I was automatically assigned to another Dr within this practice/office. The other Dr was incompatible due to the lack of care shown over two years of visits (he seemed ready to retire). Happy that the practice finally allowed me to switch physicians after multiple requests/denials by the practice (and a full year of me choosing to not see a specialist due to it being a waste of time with the previously assigned provider). I am sure that there are others facing the same issue.

Dr Caesario was very through and took time to get all the facts about my complaint. He discussed several possible scenarios, and acted on the most logical one. He scheduled a return visit for 3 months for review.

The whole staff was great and they are always courteous. Dr. Caesario is so caring and I am blessed and thankful at the same time to have such a caring doctor.

My endocrinnologist has provided clear communication about my diabetes and active engagement about diet, carb counting, and recommendations for maintaining a healthy reading of my A1C, as well as seminars to help to educate and improve my lifestyle. Dr. Darell Caesario is doing all that is expected of my care.

The cuff on the blood pressure machine got painfully tight, then when the nurse tried to remove it, the machine started to take a reading again... then didn't even produce a reading. Maybe use a manual blood pressure cuff as an alternative.
