Prior to setting up my appointment, I tried messaging with the support team via the art app, however, to send you some confusion regarding who is handling my care. This was mostly on me, however, messages from the nurses were not clear as to why they were redirecting them regarding my appointment. Daphne was awesome, listen to me and had a plan so I am very pleased.

Daphne was my provider. She offered exercises which i need, but then did not tell me how they'll be delivered, email perhaps.? Please advise. Many thanks.
