Dr. Harris is kind, patient, knowledgeable and personable. You cannot improve when it comes to the care she provides. When I asked at the front desk afterward (late afternoon & it was not busy) whether insurance would cover the cost of something, the lady handed me a sheet of paper with codes on it for me to call my insurance company. Which is fine, but if you want to show genuine care for patients, a better response would be offering to help check or having the insurance/billing coordinator check & get back to me.

Doctor was great and so was the nurse. My time is as valuable as others. Please don't have the patient come in 15 minutes before appointment when all the information is current and the e- check was done. I realize sometimes the dr. runs a little late but instead of waiting 15 minutes past my appointment. I waited 30minutes past my appointment due to the early arrival you requested.

Prisma doesn't have enough staff or resources to support the number of people they treat. I could tell the doctor was extremely busy going from one room instantly into another. She somehow managed this very well. Most Prisma doctors would have told me AFTER I arrived they did not have the machines needed to do the ultrasound and just told me to come back after scheduling that but she did what she could do while I was there. The reason for the illness visit was due to something time pressing but I will have to wait 5 weeks for any type of answer or additional assistance due to the lack of equipment and staffing. It is extremely prevalent compared to smaller offices not owned by Prisma.
