Everything was fine

It was an absolutely wonderful visit , The Doctor treated me with great respect , listened and addressed my concerns.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Dan is a good friend, I've known him for a long time. He did everything right, but he always has.

The address for the appointments need to have the letter added after the street address. Your buildings are marked with letters, such as A,B,C or numbers. This information needs to be added to the "My Chart" also.

The facility and the doctors and nurses were all very kind. They knew what they were doing. And they did it to the best facility. And I had no problem with them. Thank you. The doctor is very good. Thank you.

I received top notch care and the providers were quite pleasant. They were thorough and thoughtful.

With my condition I personally don't think I will get better. I was hoping for the Zephyr treatment but that's not going to happen. I'm somewhat depressed. I'm probably going to quit the physical therapy because I don't think that will help my condition

Everything was fine

They have improved making next appointment. In the past we needed to call months away to set appointment and even when we called to make next appointment we were put off and told to call later. Now we can schedule next appointment as we leave office. Great improvement!

It took 4 doctor's to get the appointment almost 1year

No changes necessary. Dr. Matthews is an outstanding and very caring physician.

Just initially responding to my calls to schedule an appointment. It took me several calls with no call backs. Finally I got my primary care doctor's nurse involved and I got an appointment.

I was completely satisfied with all phases of my visit.

Very pleased with the exceptional testing staff and Dr. Matthews! Can make no recommendations for improvement.

Talk to the receptionist that does the scheduling at checkout, she has a bad attitude. If I were that displeased to attend people, I would change my profession. (I didn't have a confrontation with her but I could tell she wasn't pleasant.)

I'm very happy with the way I have been treated. Exceptionally happy with Dr. Matthews, he is very thorough and helpful with my treatment. There is absolutely nothing that I can think of that I would change. Everyone in the office is courteous and professional, and always has a smile on their face.

Took 1.5 years to get appointment. Had it scheduled at one year and had to reschedule but didn't receive a call back for almost 6 months. Can't get a live person on the phone when I call.

Dr Matthews was concerned enough to call me from home when he got an alert about my ct scan. He has always been supportive and extremely compassionate when I was really sick. I don't see anything he could change about his manner or procedures. You need more doctors like him.
