At check-in there was only one lady staffing the desks. The other was b.s'ing with another lady, and the check-in line was at 3 people. It never took this long before.

The pre-check-in is difficult because your system would go down and it would say please try again later. I was trying to be courteous and do it ahead of time, but ended up not getting it done and going in to talk with the receptionist who was very kind, but then I had to fill out a lot of paperwork that I did not complete on the tablet and had to do it again after I left the office. So that wasn't this office's fault, that's your system. Thank you.

Good morning. It would be very helpful if the question could be repeated. If the listener, me, didn't quite understand what the question was, you could simply have an addition. We didn't hear your answer. Would you like us to repeat the question? It would be that simple, and that would be very helpful. Also, at one point, I meant to press the four button, like I was very happy with it, but I accidentally pressed the two button, but I didn't get a chance to correct it. And therefore, there's an error in my report today, and I wish that there was a way to have that situation also addressed somehow in this questionnaire. Thank you. Goodbye.
