There are no improvements needed. Dr. Ray is an excellent physician. He has been my Doctor at least 30 years. I have confidence in his abilities to make the necessary assessment of my medical needs. Thirty years, speaks volumes of trust. He takes extra steps to make sure that I am healthy. Thank you, Dr.Ray. I appreciate your candid focus on my medical needs.

There is nothing I can think of to be able to improve my trust and respect as everyone was very supportive which made me feel comfortable.

I had a late appointment and the lab closed at 4:15 p.m. which means I have to come back to have blood drawn after fasting all day. It would be nice if they stayed open until the physician office closes.

When fasting set appointment before 10 a.m. Ask for early appointment nothing available... plan better to accommodate annual physical ...happens once a year. Perhaps should be set on calendar at beginning of year before schedule is full.

The receptionist can improve the intake process by simply improving her personality when greeting and checking patients in! A pleasant personality is extremely important when check-in at a medical office.

The lab was a very unprofessional experience. Could hardly look or talk to you, even though you were the only one. Time for urinalysis and a used filled cup in bathroom and had to ask repeatedly for a new cup.

Dr. Ray has been my doctor for 20 yrs. He has always been extremely knowledgeable, professional and respectful. A very great Dr.
