The only issue we ran into that visit was that the reception downstairs was extremely rude to my husband and small daughters who came inside briefly to use the restroom. Security inside and reception both treated them awful. Outside of that Dr Pridgens office staff and herself are phenomenal! No issues on that floor at all.

This was my first visit with Dr Pridgen and I can tell I'm going to like having her as my provider. She was patient and attentive to my questions and concerns. She shared valuable information, feedback, and suggestions. I selected her based on the intro video on the office website. I watched them all and her video stood out to me the most. She made me feel seen and heard. I can tell that she loves being a doctor and this is more than a job to her. I appreciate that in a provider.

I love my Prisma doctors. The hospital itself is so clean and inviting. The offices are always nice and the staff friendly and courteous. My doctor is always caring and willing to listen and answer questions. The staff works hard to answer any portal requests and help accommodate appointments. I could not ask for any better!

I was at the office to have an ultrasound at 3 pm I was told that it was not scheduled. My appointment with the doctor was at 4. It was wasn't seen until after 5. Then I was told that the ultrasound was needed. I explained that I was here for the ultrasound at 3. I was able to get the ultrasound after hours. With the results I was told that some bloodwork was needed and I could go to the other office at my convenience. I went yesterday and when I got there they said that they couldn't do my bloodwork because Dr Pridgen didn't work out of that office. Dr Pridgen is the one that told me that I could go to that office. They checked again and said that one of the ob-gyn's there would wright the order. It took over an hour to do a minute draw of blood. If I was not as pleased with Dr Pridgen I would be looking for a new doctor.

The chairs in the lobby were very well worn and definitely need to be replaced. And in my opinion, that shows a lack of respect for the patients. As a nurse myself, I feel that the environment should show respect. And sitting in the waiting room as a patient, the chairs that were in the lobby did not convey that at all. So something was very apparent to me.

The nurse did not know her job. I have had a hysterectomy and she said I still needed a pap smear.

I left without my labs getting drawn. The appointment was moving so quickly I forgot about them and when she told me I was good to go, I left. Now I have to return to get labs drawn even though there was an order for them. Someone came in to give me a flu shot but did not draw my blood.

Nothing; professional environment, courteous staff.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/6/2025
One thing that I noticed as soon as I sat down in the lobby were there were signs everywhere indicating that if a patient was 15 minutes late, that they would have to be rescheduled to respect the circumstances of subsequent patients. However, I was almost an hour waiting in the lobby before I was given that same respect as a new patient seeing the physician. So the scheduling of appointments did not respect me the way the respect was required towards the provider in practice, which is duplicitous and is just fundamentally wrong. We should be able to get in and out of our appointments at the scheduled time. Thank you.

Introduced themselves when coming in the room the LPNs. Letting me know what they would be doing. I think I was forgotten in the room after MD came in. The LPN can back and asked me if anyone has been in the room. I informed them the MD had but was waiting to get blood work done. Came in to draw blood said nothing just walked in and started setting up. Cleaned site, ripped tip of gloves off, palpated area and then stuck thus contaminated the site. Also have me hold the tubes in my hand when she stuck me. I would have felt better about the situation if I saw her use hand sanitizer and speaking to me when entering the room. The first thing she said was what arm. The people I interacted with seem like they were in a hurry and didn't want to be doing what they were doing.

Yes, the person that checked us in could have been a little bit more friendly. She seemed annoyed at my presence when I asked questions. This is my first time there. She was unconcerned about answering those questions. Other than that, everything else is good.
