This is not a negative comment. It is a positive comment. We would like to say we very, very, very much appreciate Crystal Dacus. She's taking care of my mother now and she's took better care of her in one visit than people have treated her over the last 30 years. So thank you, Crystal Dacus.

Crystal was great and provided excellent car and instruction.

The provider is excellent, the nurse personable, however, the communication and wait time and state of waiting room was unacceptable. I arrived at 1:45 for a 2 pm well visit (physical). I did not get called back until 3 pm. I then waited about her 30 minutes in the exam room. Exam room floor was dirty, bathroom was out of paper, and waiting room chairs were dirty (food on them). It is not respectful of my time to have an appointment be 90 minutes late with zero communication.

There was nothing that could have been done. This was a great visit. I've never seen Crystal, the NP before but she was awesome. Very professional, caring and thorough. It was a delight to meet her and she met all my needs.

My prescription for blood pressure was written wrong and i wasted a visit and now cant get snyone to help with it

I don't know if there is another place where they can provide the kind of service but to me Prisma is the best by what i heard about other places

The front desk and the checkout area would be a little better if they greeted the patients and were more personable. They were not rude, but they were not personable.
