Dr C. Maylath, Nurses, and entire staff are the best care givers I've ever had. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable, and make sure I understand.

It was all professional. No suggestions.

The reason I go to this doctor is because of the way they treat you. I was referred to another doctor before and after a week or so, the nurse at this office called me up and wanted to know how my appointment went and if I needed anything else. I have never in recent years had a doctors office call me up to see how I was doing.

you need more staff to answer the phones and respond in a timely manner. My last phone call went directly to the voicemail and I did not receive a call back for 4 hours. That is unacceptable.

I reported an incident where I left a voice mail message with Dr Maylath's nurse. I never received a call back. Dr Maylath told me to start sending him a message via My Chart directly. He is a wonderful doctor who cares deeply about his patients!

I was impressed as usual with the office visit. I had no problem with the office visit except I got some information that I didn't want to hear, but that is typical whenever one goes to the doctor as a geriatric. My only problem is that I can't use the restroom when I go to the office. I have to use a rollator walker and the restroom door is so spring loaded that I can't open it and it should be automatic to be ADA compliant.

Dr. Maylath is a rock star!! He thinks things through, and explains everything slowly and patiently. I couldn't be more pleased with my care!

Excellent care from Dr. Maylath and the entire staff! I encourage Prisma to use every resource to recruit more caring, dedicated geriatricians like Dr Maylath. There is, and will be, no shortage of patients who need their help.

The MyChart app needs an overhaul. You can no longer use it for communication.

The floor in the room we we were placed in was quite dirty and the medical chair/bed was non-functional and lower than is comfortable for me to get up and down from. Seems concerning for a geriatric office.

Yes! The restrooms are not ADA complient. I had to get help opening the door with a walker. Some guy saw me trying to get in the restroom, came and opened the door and I had to get help leaving the restroom. Should have a handicap button to open the door for us mobility challenged geriactrics.
