Anything pertaining to my direct care was fantastic. If I were to choose something that was a negative, it would be that the waiting room was not clean. It was obvious that a liquid of some sort had been spilled, most of it onto the carpet which seemed dry, but large drops and drips were on the seat of a couple of chairs. I just chose different chairs and didn't put my purse on the ground. It did not in any way reflect the excellent care that I ultimately received but it wasn't the best first impression.

Yes, the lady that took the blood was very nice, very respectful, but she hurt the arm the way she was holding the needle in my arm while she was changing the valves or when the blood wasn't coming out. It made the arm extremely painful. Thank you.

Dr. McGee and his nurses are top notch! I felt so well taken care of. Others could take lessons from their treatment and attitude. They are the best!

I think when scheduling an appointment, it would be helpful to give your full entire name as it appears on Google so that people can easily find where you are located instead of just saying rheumatoid specialist, which brings up a ton of people because Google actually shows something else other than just rheumatoid specialists because I had a really hard time finding out where you were actually located and also providing an address would be helpful when scheduling an appointment over the phone. But other than that, the doctor was excellent. He was very caring, listened thoroughly, and I thought my overall experience with him was excellent, as well as your nurse who saw me. She was very, very kind and very sweet. Thank you.

My provider doesn't need to improve. I have to say that with me and my issues of having PTSD and some other psychosis, I trust him a lot. I like his demeanor, his character, the vibe that he put off and everything. Yes, he has my trust and I'm thankful for his service.

I have a problem. It's happened twice that I've been there with my transportation provider and they have overlooked us and taken a lot of people ahead of me and my appointment was 11:20, 11:40 I think and I didn't get in there to get my shots until about 12 or maybe 12:30. I don't know, but we were there a lot longer than we were supposed to be and that happened once before, but I had forgotten to mention it when I made this recording for the first time it happened. It was a pleasant experience. I am very fond of Dr. McGee. He is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I'm pleased with his treatments for my arthritis problems. He really seems to enjoy his work and is a sensitive and caring physician. I only wish the office was in Simpsonville!

Because I use several facilities it is hard to keep my medicine list up to date for each facility and they get mixed up so easily. It is frustrating that the meds don't update in real time.

Dr. McGee and the nurse did a wonderful job of arranging for me to have a CAT scan made as an emergency procedure and because my blood pressure was high and they were highly skilled and produced good results that I never would have expected on such short notice. They did a terrific job and I'm home and I'm doing really well. Thank you and thank God for you all. Thank you. Bye-bye.

I can't think of anything. Dr. McGee and his staff have always treated me well. Dr. McGee is always friendly and answers my questions without making me feel like it was a stupid question or that he's already answered it 12 times. I have a lot of medical issues and he never hesitates to explain when I ask how treatment or meds can/will interact with each other. And he speaks English, not stuffy Med-english. ;)

I can't think of one thing. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The Doctor read my paperwork before he came in. I felt very comfortable with the Doctor and his staff.

I think Dr. McGee's office takes very good care of his patients. I immediately apologize for being a little bit late to come into the office. I know that he has lost his regular nurse and the other nurses are covering. So as soon as you can get him his regular nurse, he'll probably be on time all the time.

The rhuemotology dept was great. I received my shots of Evenity with the hopes of my bones strengthening.

My favorite physician ... he saved me from tremendous pain when other doctors did not order an MRI he did and discovered the problem. I had surgery soon afterward that repaired my spine.

I'm not aware of any way my visit could have been improved. Dr. McGee was amazing with his knowledge of my medical history (complicated) and with his obvious sincere concern for my welfare.

I was just getting an Evenity shot. I didn't see Dr. McGee. My nurse was informed of my history and we reviewed my medication list. So waited maybe 5-10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. No suggestions for the nursing staff.
