Automatic kiosks at the entrance were difficult to use as an orthopedic patient. I could not adjust the height nor could I sit to complete. Challenging to do when in pain.

Not a thing everything was perfect Dr Hamilton is very nice and courteous

Everyone I met, From the lobby staff to the doctor, was kind courteous and helpful. My only complaint is that you're out door signage directs orthopedic patients to the side of the building with lots of handicapped Parking spots. That's terrific however, there is no side entrance to the building. All of us on canes and walkers were forced to Walk an extra distance to the front entrance. The layout for parking is unacceptable for those of us with mobility issues. This could easily be resolved with a side entrance.

My appointment was for 2:20pm....did not get called in from waiting room until 3:15pm....Then it was another 40minutes before a Dr. came in .... Scheduling seems to be a problem.............

I was impressed with the care and the listening I got from Dr . Hamilton and the resident I spoke with. I thought this visit would be a typical doctor visit where they rush you through but it wasn't like that at all. I can't say it could have been improved.

More information about the course of action. I personally understand now why the course of action was taken. I just wanted more information for my own satisfaction. After treatment I understand next steps more and the benefits that have addressed the symptoms. Outcomes should be considered somewhat significant in stopping pain.

Maybe do better with wait times. Got in to see the doctor an hour late, but he is VERY thorough and took the time to listen and explain my coming procedure thoroughly.

They were running a little behind schedule. I think letting the patient know at check-in would be helpful.

Camden Camp Parking needs to be better. Three spots for such a large facility was not good. There are plenty around the corner, but there's a long walk. It could have been a lot better.

Wait was way too long. We were there 2 hours for a consultation. No one smiled, apologized for the wait, etc.

There was evidently an emergency of some sort, the suite receptionist was not present. Several people were waiting in waiting room for over 30 minutes, without any sort of greeting/ update that office was running late. My appointment was for 3:00 and it was almost 4:40 before we were exiting. General communication would be appreciated. Thank you

Everyone was wonderful. It was my 1st time meeting with Dr Hamilton, and even though he had tough news to share with my husband & I, he showed concern, empathy, and a desire to find out what can be done to take care of the difficult situation I'm in. We felt very confident with Dr Hamilton working with us.

None - everything went very smoothly.

We waited over an hour to see the physician. My appointment was at two. We didn't get in to see them till almost four and we didn't get out till almost five. I think double booking and overbooking and postponement to all kinds of stuff is just ridiculous. If we're 15 minutes late, they cancel our appointments. If he's 15 minutes late, we should get money off of our bill or we should be able to cancel it.

Let me know while I was there what type of medication that you were going to give. I'M SUFFERING AND ? ? ? ? ? ? DON'T HAVE ANY HELP!

Nothing needed. Everything was great from facility cleanliness to all employees friendliness.

Dr Hamilton and his staff are strongly outstanding professionals...and have gone way beyond my expectations on the care I received...I cannot say enough great things about them. The only concern I have was with Prisma billing...I was paying well more per month on my copay than Prisma was asking ....which was reflected on My Chart ( please see my payment record for confirmation)....and yet bill was turned over to a collection agency and I don't understand why. Was there a mistake made? Possibly a miscommunication ? Not sure what happened there

I waited in waiting room for over an hour past my appointment time, then I had to wait another 40 minutes in my room until I could see the Dr. Having to wait so long makes me wonder why we have appointment times.

Doctor is wonderful but staff are mediocre. Not particularly happy or helpful. Wait time was well over an hour!
